Lack of information and lack of purchased item!
I was made aware of this company by a colleague, as they were selling clothing with our employer's logo and I invested a little under £40 in one item.
The order process online was straight forward enough, although there was only one dispatch option, described as 'standard shipping'.
I got an email order confirmation straight away.
I didn't hear anything for a few days so I sent a polite email asking for a progress update and a lady called Christy emailed me back pretty quickly advising that the item had been completed and would go on a courier on the Friday and be with me on Monday. Her words. I was pleased, this was a quick turnaround and dispatch.
However, come Monday and the item didn't appear to have been shipped and I'd received no further email from bebrandeduk or a courier.
So I emailed Christy again expressing my concerns. I got an email reply that was not only unnecessarily aggressive but also misunderstood my concerns. Christy essentially criticised me for expecting to have received the item already and for being sceptical and told me the item had been dispatched and to be patient.
No courier details or tracking. And remember that I only had 'standard dispatch' as the postage option when I ordered. And it was her email that told me to expect the item on Monday.
Christy also had the cheek to say in her email that the company would be reconsidering selling items with my employer's logo because of my actions! All I did was ask for an update and then express concerns when the item didn't turn up as promised!
Anyway, the item still hasn't arrived. Bebrandeduk have refused to refund me as they still claim the item has been dispatched but despite me asking they won't tell me who the courier is or supply any tracking reference.
I still can't work out whether bebrandeduk is genuine or not, but due to misinformation and the aggressive attitude of Christy (and the fact the item hasn't arrived) I certainly don't trust them.
I've applied to my bank to try and get the payment reversed and get my money back.
Be wary, this really does feel like a total scam.
Edit: surprise surprise the item hasn't arrived despite Christy's promises so this is clearly a scam business. Beware!
