My email order was placed on 18 Dec 24 & £6.94 taken out of my account the same day. Despite attempts to contact you, nearly 4 weeks later this order has still not been delivered.

I understand this is small family business, my items (nail polishes X10) I could track my delivery where it is, and each item was so carefully packed in bubble paper plus other protection in the box, I never seen that before, items were new and affordable Thank you very much and have a Happy Festive Holidays 🥰

Very Poor Customer Service
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I’ve been left with no choice.
A week ago my order arrived. One of the items was not as pictured. I emailed letting them know, expecting an easy resolution - I’d send back the item in question, they either replace with pictured item or refund. But I’ve not had any response at all!
So I still don’t have the item I ordered, I’m still out of pocket and the item is still wrongly pictured on their website! But more than that, it’s the lack of respect, for paying customers, no response at all is disappointing to say the least
