Delivery could be faster. 7 days for me since the order was placed.

Phone with wrong colour sent, but the customer service and their solution to resolve the issue was fantastic. Quiet happy with customer service and the phone I got.

You sent the wrong phone in the wrong colour and condition.I have emailed three tomeoand has no reply.the phone received is not the $1300+ phone I paid for. Please reply to my email to correct your error. I will escalate this to
Fraud department if there’s no reply.

Package has not been delivered. Where is it? I am getting angry.

The phone works well,and the shipping delivery costs 2 weeks. A little disappointment is that it is not the Australian version pixel phone, it's from HONG KONG.The telephone signal is not so stable.

I haven't received my item ordered

I Paid for express post, yet it took over 2 weeks to arrive and arrived incomplete with 3 missing items. Upon contacting BecexTech, the answer was 'we appreciate your patience ' blah blah, and that the items could have been sent separately and by regular mail, even though I paid for express post for all items. Still waiting for the rest of my purchase...no info provided on that yet. Terrible service, terrible tracking and terrible business. Avoid at all costs. A nightmare to deal with. 0 stars.

The purchase was easy. Great price. The phone arrived well packaged with a travel adaptor. However the delivery took 16 days.

My phone arrived in great packaging was as described works as it should.I'm very happy with my purchase.How ever it was sent Express Post and took 21 days to arrive it bounced between multiple sorting facilities several times,I have never encountered this before with Aust post. Not Becextech fault.

Price was very good. Excellent product, quick delivery, and excellent customer service. One of my order wasn't delivered, and they did immediate investigation, and quick respond. Out of stock was the issue, and provided refund the next day. Recommend them to anyone.
