Great service! The first bag was faulty (can happen with handmade items), but they sent a perfect replacement right away. Highly recommend!

I recently experienced an issue with an order from Becksøndergaard, which I reported immediately. I was thoroughly impressed by how swiftly they responded. Throughout our interactions, the team was consistently courteous and polite, clearly striving to go above and beyond in resolving the matter of the missing items with remarkable efficiency. Additionally, they proactively informed me during our conversation last Friday that due to a bank holiday, I should expect the next response by Tuesday. This was greatly appreciated as it set clear expectations. Overall, the service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly polite.

I ordered a bag and when it was delivered it had some imperfections. I immediately reached out to the customer support and they helped me amazing. Their fast respons and solution were perfect for me. Poor quality items. the company don't offer full refunds. I odered a swimsuit from this company a couple of weeks ago. The swimsuit arrived almost a week later than planned despite paying for the shipping fees; The item was of poor quality with threads coming out of it. I sent back the item and had to pay £10 (the total shipping fees are now £20). It took them weeks to refund me and they only offered a partial refund. £20 down the drain, and they didn't even contact me. Avoid. There are better companies out there.

2 hours after the initial order on a sunday evening: tried to cancel - was told it is not possible - can return the parcel. I did - on my own costs- return the parcel... no refund - parcel whereabouts unknown.. warehouse ... terrible service money lost. DONT DO IT ! DONT ORDER THERE

The cute polyester "tweed" bag I bought is coming apart after a few wears. Threads are sticking out, and breaking. Save your money.
