Really happy with my purchase and great service

I emailed you to ask why my order wasn't delivered as one consignment instead of two separate ones to my address on the same day - the delivery charge was £7.90 for an order over £20 in value, caused by splitting said order into two consignments.
No reply to my email has been received.

Ordered these bones, very well made, perfect for filling with treats for puppies and adult dogs. Great product, wash well. Bought two and then bought two more.

I love the mint smell of these bags.
These poop bags are big strong and neat to carry.

The products are good quality and the parcel arrived quickly. The rubber bone went down very well with our new 9 month old puppy and also the peanut treats. We have used your poo bags for a few years now and they are good value.

The ordering process is easy, delivery on time and the boxed bags were well packed. Used these poo bags for many years but never before bought direct from the company. These bags are large, have never split and are easy to open up even when you’re only using one hand with the other holding the dog lead.

Well, beco sent me an email regarding half price dog toys. I bought the dinosaur toy however my cockapoo took about 15 minutes to completely rip it to bits. Really disappointed as toy very badly made. Bit of a rip off!! The balls are much better.

I brought a box of 60 dog poop bags and every single on has either torn on opening or trying to pick dog mess up. Really disappointed as stated strong on the box and they aren't fit for purpose. Thrown them out.

Thank you to Beco for sorting this problem out for me. I was sold out of date bags. New bags sent out and they're great!

I have bought Pico products before primarily because they offer chewing resistance. I wanted a ball that was heavy but also could be chewed excellent job!

order accepted and despatched within time frame and delivered as well. all good service.
