We've relied on the Be Creatives team for almost a year now. We've completed over 45 videos together, and I can honestly say that the entire experience has been a pleasure. I love working with our editor, and the overall team is exceptional. Would highly recommend anyone looking to partner with a video editing team as good as they are.

My editor on BeCreatives was professional, friendly and way more than competent - he was amazing. Consider yourself lucky if you're matched with him (Lorenzo - thank you!). He's great! And the service is extremely attentive, efficient and friendly too. The platform works well, and the communication is speedy and professional. But they have a fun side too - and that's valuable to me. Not frivolous - but kind and light. Fantastic!

My editor from beCreatives (AJ) absolutely incredible. I am honestly blown away at the service he is providing.

He is reliable, self starting, asks promptly for everything he needs and provides perfect feedback. He delivers everything to a high standard, on time (often early) and sets expectations for when I can expect things to be done. If i'm busy on other tasks and my time is taken up, he continues working on other things/projects on the back end to ensure we don't fall behind. I do throw a good amount of work his way, but he manages his time brilliantly and never lets me down. He's creative and 'gets' our company and values, and doesn't need to do loads of drafts and edits as he does it near perfect and builds on any feedback i give him, remembering it for next time.

Honestly, I am so impressed with his attitude and standard of work that i just wanted to pass this on! He really is excellent and i'm really grateful to have his help! Having an editor like AJ to assist me with high quality content makes my job and life much easier.

First impressions are crucial.

I received multiple reminder emails from beCreatives about our scheduled meeting, yet the representative did not attend. The meeting was set for 8:00 AM, but at 7:49 AM, I was informed they couldn’t make it due to being hoarse. I had rearranged my schedule to prioritize this meeting as the first task of my day. While I can't speak to the quality of their services, the communication experience leaves me hesitant to proceed.

Really great work. Very reasonable price for talented editors. We will be back :)

Our team used BeCreatives for over a year to grow to the next level in video production. The personal editor, and easy dashboard made it very easy to work on several projects per week together.

We hired beCreatives for podcast editing and according to the agreement for the price we were paying we were guaranteed a 2 day turnaround. The deal sounded great and needless to say we were very hopeful. Our first editor turned out a botched edit job after 4 days (not 2 as agreed). So we requested help from the supervisor who decided to assign us the most experienced editor they have.

This sounded good again however, delivery did not improve. On top of the slow delivery we kept getting sloppy, lazy, half-baked edits and the files were not sent as requested which caused a lot of back and forth with the team there. That combined with the time difference (we are in the US and they’re in EU) is a lot of wasted time when you’re trying to get projects out.

When trying to reach the supervisor, she ghosted us, reading our emails and not responding. We weren’t even mean or nasty. Where’s the customer care guys?!

After a WHOLE MONTH and only ONE finished podcast, they wouldn’t release our last project until the last date when the contract renews. Per their rules if you cancel they delete all your files. So after a lot of reach from us they didn’t answer us in time and of course the files were never sent.

An unfortunate waste of $2000 for us. You can hire an editor on Fiverr to do that job for that money and it won’t take a WHOLE MONTH! But hey, you live, you learn and then you grow in your business. Never again.

I work for an advertising agency and we used BeCreatives to create a HUGE amount of social content over the past year or so. Everything we received was polished, consistent and beautiful. Our editor was stellar, efficient and communicative. I always knew what was going on with our projects and what the turnaround times would be. I have been working with BeCreatives for several months now and this is an honest review from my personal experience! I use this service for my personal media production company as well as an outsourced editing service for an entertainment company that I work for as the lead content coordinator. My editor is absolutely fantastic and the turnaround time has been great as well. Though it might seem a little more expensive than other services, the quality I have received from it has been amazing, and the analytics showcase this as well. I could not be more happy with this great company. My editor constantly communicates with me via Slack and responds almost immediately! I truly love this subscription service and it has helped take my production business to the next level!

Best decision I ever made! With my extremely busy travel schedule, I literally have zero time to edit and using BeCreative has been a life saver!
