I’m very pleased with this company the…

I’m very pleased with this company the super king mattress & base well made They are easy to contact very helpful especially James & Hazel nothing was too much trouble. They use an alternative company for delivery. The man came alone to bring in this huge mattress fortunately I got neighbours to help. I have informed beds.co & they assured me they would look into this matter had my elderly neighbours not been around I would have been left with no bed. I certainly would use them again but will need to address delivery company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered 3 x headboards on 20 JULY ‘25 in Plush Almond. Couldn’t deliver to my home address so paid £66 for onward delivery. Received one MAUVE & 2 x GREY headboards on 28 AUGUST to a depot, then to me on 30 JULY ‘25. Checked and realised wrong colour delivered and notified company via email, including photos, on Monday 1 SEPTEMBER ‘25. Having emailed 8 times & called 7 times regarding delivery since ordering I tried phoning on Tuesday 2 SEPTEMBER as I’d had no response to my email and finally got through on 2nd attempt. Spent an hour on the phone with a female who fully accepted they’d sent the wrong colours and offered to write off delivered headboards, send replacements, to be ‘delivered by 9 Sept!!..why did initial delivery take so long??, and refund me £40..refund initially offered was to be 10% then £20 then £40. I pointed out that I’d be having to cover the onward delivery cost AGAIN and that they should cover that as they’d not sent me what I’d ordered initially. She couldn’t authorise anything more. I suggested that they replace the headboards with what I’d ordered and refund me £50 which I would put towards the onward delivery cost of the replacements which I’d have to cover AGAIN. I asked to speak to a manager, they were too busy but she assured me I’d get a call the next morning..I asked for and got confirmation via email while I was still on the phone. It didn’t happen!! I called after waiting all day and finally got to speak to a Manager who offered me replacements and a £66 refund BUT I’d have to return the wrong headboards at my own cost. He initially said the £66 refund would cover the additional cost of getting the replacements to my home address which was fine. He would not accept that, despite them sending me the wrong items, he was responsible for any cost incurred on returning them! His offer changed to them sending replacements and giving me a £66 cash refund to cover the additional cost of returning the wrong ones. He simply would not accept that the return of the wrong headboards received was wholly down to them and that they were responsible for all costs!! I was going to be out of pocket to the value of £132 for the delivery of the wrong items and the replacement items AND he expected me to cover the cost of the return which would have been a further £66. His attitude was unbelievable for a Manager. He could not accept that they were legally responsible for the return of the wrong items at whatever cost that incurred. He could not accept that providing me with a replacement of what I’d ordered and paid for was also their responsibility including all costs. This was also an hours plus phone conversation and, despite me clearly repeating myself numerous times with where the situation stood and his responsibilities as the seller, he hung up!! He would offer me no more than replacement headboards and £66 cash refund, I was to return the wrong ones at my expense.
I paid £132.75 for the headboards plus £66 onward delivery. I’d have had to pay a further £66 to return them. I was offered replacements and £66 cash refund. The replacements would cost me a further £66 for onward delivery. How does that remotely add up!
They sent me the wrong order, which was agreed by them. Manager could not see where their legal responsibility lay as the seller or accept that they’d be wholly responsible for the return of the incorrect items and any cost incurred. He also couldn’t accept that they were also responsible for covering the cost of the replacements being delivered to me, namely the £66! They sent the wrong items, they didn’t fulfil their legal requirements as the seller, they failed to provide me with what I’d ordered and paid for. They were solely responsible for any cost incurred for the the return of the items received..I didn’t have a change of heart, they sent the wrong items!!
The company are not listed on Companies House and there are numerous questionable reviews so they require to be looked in to as their financial dealings and Management do not adhere to the legal guidelines determined by the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, their customer service is negligible IF there’s any at all..you’d have to be lucky enough to have any contact with them, I sent 8 emails regarding delivery and tried 7 times to phone..and they totally shirk their legal responsibilities. There’s no getting through to them exactly what they should be covering as the sellers when they’ve not provided exactly what a buyer has paid them for, they simply don’t accept their legal responsibility, it’s very tiresome.
Don’t buy or engage with this company is the bottom line, they’re a nightmare to deal with and ultimately don’t accept their ultimate legal responsibilities, regardless of how obvious they are, when they don’t provide what’s been ordered and paid for.

Avoid!

Taken my money but haven't sent my order. Initially they replied to me, but ever since I asked to cancel the order and get a refund they have chosen to ignore me. I will now have to raise a dispute with my card issuer to try and get my money back. They are complete scammers, don't waste your time and money.

Worst mattress

Fast and free delivery they say but it's not having to wait just over two weeks unless you want to pay £30 but when it finally arrived it is the worst mattress ever killing my back.i tried contacting via the email and the chat bot but got no response at all

Quality and service

Purchased a mattress from this company at what I believed to be an exceptional price. When the mattress was delivered it was done so, on the date and time stipulated, professionally and courteously by the two gentleman who couldn’t have been more helpful.
Once the mattress was in place I thought, so far so good, looks a quality product … but looks can be deceiving, will it give me that quality sleep I’m looking for? 5 weeks in and I can say a resounding yes!!! Wow what a steal I have found , finally a quality product and an unbelievable price and delivered for free by two men who actually looked liked they enjoyed their work !!!
I’ve just now had a lovely follow up call from the company by the name of Malik Kahyaan, it wanted to know if how my mattress was for me, and asked if there was anything I was concerned about at any point to ring him directly!! So professional, He and his company really do appear to genuinely care about their product, service and in equal measure their customer…. How often can you say that today ? Most definitely will be using Malik and his team in the future without question. Thank you again Mr Malik kahyaan and to your team

Placed an order 11 days ago booked a delivery slot for 24/7/24 to be told they will get in contact day before to give me a time frame no contact! Delivery day arrives so I call them to voice my concerns about a time frame to which they said no availability for delivery today next available one is 27/7/24🤦🏻‍♀️ absolute nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend

If I could give this company a minus…

If I could give this company a minus star, then I would. I bought bed for my son. When it was delievered, there was no headboard. The delivery man said that it would be delivered the next day and an email was received. After waiting for the non existant delivery, I called them and the lady said she would call me back. She did not! I called again and spoke to a male who was unsure as to whether his name was Alex or Greg with the worst customer service skills EVER! He took my details and asked me if I had bought two beds. I had not. He then said that I had bought a bed with a matress. I had not. He kept speaking over me and did not want to listen to what I was saying. He directed me to the website which claimed that it was 'Base only' and stated that they do not do headboards for that bed, even though it was shown in the picture. The invoice that I had been emailed, just showed a few numbers on it, nothing to clarify what I was being sent or I would have queried it at that time. When I spoke to him about what the delivery man had said and the email that I ahd received he tried to offer me a more expensive bed. I stated that I did not want another bed from them (which would incur an extra £79 charge) but wanted them to collect the bed, he hung up. They are now refusing to take my calls. The bed base itself is so cheaply made and nothing like what you would expect. I could probably have made a better one myself! Save yourself the hassle and the expense. Go to a more reputable, well established bed company. I wish I had.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, useless delivery service and two broken beds

Ordered on 17th April with a free delivery, two man crew and installation. Delivery booked in for following Friday.

Received call on the Wednesday, cancelling the delivery because they didn't have a two man crew available. Rebooked delivery for 5th May.

On 5th May, delivery van didn't arrive until 9pm. It was a single man crew who refused to delivery into the house. After a lot of silliness he agrees to contact his office which was acually shut. He eventually takes the bed off the van and it's broken so he then says he cannot deliver it. So the bed goes back

I then ring at 9am the following day to ask for an update, they explained they can arrange for an emergency delivery on Bank holiday Monday.

On bank holiday Monday the third delivery attempt happens. They are a two man crew, they complain a little about the delivery but get on with it.

They get the bed upstairs, start the build and discover that the headboard is broken.

So I do have a bed but I now have to wait until 17th May to have the complete setup. I am not confident it will come on time or be whole but time will tell

All in all what I would say is avoid, you get what you pay for and they are cheap but the product is defective

Have just ordered 2x divan beds from beds.co.uk. Dealt with Sylvia over the phone who was hugely helpful. Provided me a discount on my purchase and was patient while I looked over different options with her. As I have only just ordered I haven't recieved the beds as yet so unable to give a 5star but if the bed quality is as good as the customer service I had today I will be happy to come back and put a 5 star review

Useless 4 piece rattan garden set AVOID

Bought a 4 piece rattan garden furniture set. It was a total waste of money.
Several bits of the rattan had snapped off and an absolute nightmare to put together. Bit's just wouldn't line up and near impossible to screw together. Was a very stressful experience and this item just isn't fit for purpose.
£160 down the drain. I guess you get what you pay for but I would of hoped it would of been quality and easier to put together than this.

Having wrote a bad review for this company. I was contacted by Gregg who has done his very best to address my complaint. He sent me a new headboard and base with a better material and glider feet on the bed base. Did everything he said he would.
They responded well

2 single Emma beds

Just received an order with 2 single beds that placed 6 days ago. Very good service, could have had an earlier delivery. Text came with timings, and we were phoned when delivery driver was 10 mins away. Beds were easily put together by my husband. We did have a problem with some missing bolts which are being posted to us. Good customer service on the phone, call answered quickly
