I recently bought two beautiful black velvet dining chairs to go with my new marble table & within a few weeks one of the chairs has come apart at the seams. It has had minimal use & has not been damaged, it just wasn’t made sufficiently well to last. I sent photos & an explanation & it is clear that this fault is in the manufacturing but the company absolutely refuses to replace or refund. They will not acknowledge that this is a genuine manufacturing fault & insist that it has been damaged after purchase by myself which is absolutely not the case & I am now left to shop elsewhere to purchase another chair….. Very disappointing attitude of total denial!

Recently moved house and put brand new furniture throughout. We bought a tribecca corner sofa a arianna dining table and a lacy storage bunk bed all from this company. All furniture arrived within 4 days. We was advised by Patrick that the items came from two different suppliers but that he arranged to have all items delivered on the same day which made life a lot easier. Furniture was of great quality and customer service was amazing. Recommend to all

Had an issue whereby one of their suppliers hadn't updated their stock. Patrick did lots of ringing around, calling the warehouse making sure that it was actually in stock and available for delivery before even allowing me to order and process the payment. I got the bed today and couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!

I had ordered a pink bed, it was supposedly reserved for delivery a few weeks later. The day before the delivery I got a call to say the pink bed was sold out and I could either wait 2 months for it to be in stock again or get it a different colour. I had to settle to having it white as needed a bed. Whilst the bed itself is of great quality and the instructions are clear and comprehensive, I was unhappy I didn’t get what I had paid for.

I bought a Viva plush two-seater teal sofa bed from this company last week and the entire experience has been amazing! The communication with the company was great as they replied to my enquiries promptly. The sofa arrived in under one week and was brought to my flat by the delivery team and placed where I wanted it.
The sofa’s beautiful although slightly darker than it appeared in the photos. It appears to be well made and while it’s slightly on the hard side, it’s still very comfortable as a bed. There’s quite a bit of storage space in it, too. What I love most about it is how quickly it turns from a sofa into a bed. All in all, I’m very pleased with it.

I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.
I ordered a bed from the website, only for the order to be cancelled the next day without an explanation.
I had to reach out to get an explanation, only to get a template response.
Please update your website to reflect that you do not deliver to NORTHERN IRELAND. Please note that anybody reading this now, I can assure you it did not say anywhere on the website that it does not ship here. I understand not shipping to the Republic of Ireland but NI is part of the UK and should not have any custom/tax implications for postage.
I am disappointed that the order was accepted and therefore your company should have been obligated to fulfil the order.
I’m also disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and only a template response from a man named Patrick Flanagan.
I did not want to leave a bad review but unfortunately I feel obligated to.
My partner and I really relied on getting this bed as we have very little funds to afford furniture in this tough economy.
I really wish we could have come to a solution and I was willing to pay extra to account for any additional shipping costs to get the bed to Northern Ireland

I don’t often write reviews but the service I received from this company especially Patrick was second to none. Table ordered and delivered as promised. Had a few issues but this is where you know if you chosen a good company or not, Patrick was on the ball and resolved this is no time company’s like this do not exist in this day and age and because of this I have recommended this company to plenty of people. Don’t hesitate if you want to order from them you are certainly in good hands.

After a tricky start from the delivery company I was feeling scammed but after calling and talking to Patrick who was amazing and sorted everything out. So a big thank you for that. 2 very happy boys with their new bunk beds.
