Was told via email and at point of booking service that someone would be with me between 0800 - 1200hrs, by 1130hrs, no response so I called to enquire about ETA, and was told I was booked in for 1430hrs, thus wasting most of my day when I had other things organised. Company did not contact me to confirm change or discuss with my self. Then was told at 1430hrs, when I had to call again to enquire why I was still waiting, that someone would be with me in about 5 minutes. the 5 mins later, I received a call from the person coming to do the job that he would be 45mins. I was not impressed, as I had initially booked for morning app for a reason, and had to change other appointments to accommodate companies inaccuracies.

Would recommend especially with the 3 month guarantee. Friendly & efficient

I have no problem in Highly recommending this Company.
They were there the next day on time, and carried a thorough job.

I was happy with the result as the wasps have disappeared. But not sure it was value for money as very expensive.

Very easy to deal with. Prompt service.
Good communications (got a call 30 minutes before the pest controller arrived). Prompt follow-up emails with the invoice and job report.
Pest controller Stephen was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process for neutralizing a wasps nest.
The job was carried out quickly.
Although I didn't need it, he said that there would be a free back-up visit if the problem persisted.

When I phoned the company about my bee nest,the gentleman on the phone explained exactly what they would have to do to the bees,and why they were unable to remove them without killing them.The procedure was quick and efficient,and seemed to eradicate all the bees.
