Chat and customer service:
All my questions were answered appropriately and almost instantaneously. Their customer service is very transparent about their products.
Delivery:
Very flexible. I called the day before delivery to move the delivery date because it was not possible for us and they did so without any problems.
Delivery man:
He was friendly.
Installation:
There was a surcharge of 29 Euro carrying the beds into the rooms and assembling them together. This was something they informed me already during our chat conversation—> transparency.
Price/Quality:
The two double beds we ordered are for our children aging 11 and 4. The quality of the beds are great for them. It gives me enough support and it is comfortable to lie on. So the quality of the bed definitely suits the price we paid for it.
Some thoughts:
It was not worth it getting different legs for the bed.
I find it a pity that the delivery man was not allowed to take the boxes and plastic wrappers back with him to be disposed of properly. As most companies do so.
It is also a shame that the delivery man did not wear any face mask, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic event.

Worst site ever
Worst site ever. This site should be closed for ever.
Ordered a bed first they try to force the delivery the wrong day. Then they delivered the wrong bed without saying nothing. they said ok next week you will have the good bed.
Two days before we send an email to be sure about the hours and bed. The answer was only between 10h and 14h.
We called again and they said that they didn't have the bed anymore ... And now they try to convince us to buy another bed and not giving back our money! Unbelievable
