The item was not the colour advertised…
The item was not the colour advertised and when I went to return it I was made to pay the postage myself as "wrong colour" was not accepted for a free return.

That said, screen settings and display calibration can vary significantly from device to device, which can sometimes affect how colours appear before purchase.
Regarding the return postage, our policy covers free returns for faulty or incorrect items, and colour perception differences unfortunately fall outside of that. We understand this can be frustrating and we're sorry the experience left you unhappy.

This is my third order from Bedding envy, all for Bedding bundles, in various colours. Of 800TC, Egyptian cotton.
Website is simple to navigate, and delivery was super quick.
The bedding is as luxurious as it can be, its soft, very comfortable and like being wrapped in a warm hug.
washes very well and air dries easily.

We have still not recieved our goods i…
We have still not recieved our goods i am fed up of trying to contact them. One the one and only occasion thst i spoke to somone they promised they would be delivered today. We still have not recieved our bedding. The money was tsken out of our account on the 22nd of April the day we ordered our bedding. It stated when we ordered that it was next day delivery.
I will now be taking this matter further.

Bedding arrived promptly as described in a very premium box (which I immediately repurposed) and is very comfortable. It doesn't affect my rating because it was as described but the design of duvet cover I bought has a white embroidered edging which unfortunately falls where you can see it down the side of the bed, rather than on top but I should have noticed that myself. Would consider buying again.
