We purchased a Beddy’s queen set for our travel trailer and have only used it three times. Unfortunately, the zipper failed (lost the end stopper and began unraveling), making the product unusable.

I reached out expecting support under their warranty, but was offered a 50% store credit based on their “tiered” policy. I followed their suggestion to attempt a repair, which actually made the issue worse. They later offered an additional 25% discount, but even combining both offers still required us to pay about $160 out of pocket to replace a product that failed after minimal use.

At this price point, I expected significantly better durability and for the company to stand behind their product in a situation like this. A zipper is a core functional component, and failing after three uses feels more like a defect than normal wear.

The bedding itself is a great concept, but based on this experience, I would be cautious about relying on the warranty if something goes wrong.

I love the concept. The bedding is very comfortable. I’ve bought two sets. Unfortunately, the reason I had to buy the second set was because the first set only lasted a year before it started getting to used looking on the top now I bought a second set and it’s even worse there’s rips and frayed all over. It looks terrible for spending almost $500 on a set. It should certainly last more than 11 months this is a pet free home with two middle-aged adults. I wash as recommended no more than once a week. I actually wash every other week cold water and dry on low. I had to dry the rest. I would certainly not recommend this unless you’re looking for nice betting for one year.

Customer service is AWESOME! Site is easy to order. The quality of the bedding is superb! Beddy is the ONLY bedding we will purchase from here on out! I wish I could leave a 100 star review.

Prompt delivery - great product!

We bought the zipbase sheet and comforter set for our RV bed and haven’t yet put it on but the concept is perfect for our bed configuration. The minky inside on the comforter top is soft and the comforter has a good weight to it. I look forward to not having to struggle to change the sheets. Super fast shipping and delivery.

The Beddy was delivered and we loved it. No issues. Not sure why there was an alert that we had an issue

Our berth in our boat is not a standard shape or size and therefore using standard sheets is very difficult. Although not a perfect fit the Beddy works the best and is easier to make.

My only complaint is that you wouldn’t reinstate my rewards pts that had expired since it had been more than two years since I’d ordered.

Works perfectly in my RV. Does not slip

The beddy has been so great for my boys. The character bedding is hardly made for full size beds. Always had to remake bed day after day. It’s a game changer and my sons love the sleep mask.

My zipper is completely broken and doesn’t zip
