I received a text message saying I can expect delivery of a bed I ordered but cancelled the very same day. I have received a refund but they are still going to deliver the bed. Even after I have replied to their text message!! Both this company and Cloud 9 mattresses need to be shut down! They don’t listen to customers!!! Now I invisage a stand off at my front door tomorrow preventing them from dumping an unwanted bed in my front garden!!! I cannot believe how bad these people are. NEVER EVER BUY FROM CLOUD 9YN or use this delivery company

Really poor service from start to finish. False advertisement and poor customer service, delivered 2 days late and still wouldn't even take inside the house just to hallway. Really unhappy

If I can do 0 stars I would.
If I can do 0 stars I would.. we ordered a bed from B&Q and it was due to be delivered.. we received and dodgy looking text message from BED EX asking us to call them.. we were trying to find out if it was legitimate and being very careful with what information we gave.. the man was very rude and disrespectful, called my mum stupid and paranoid and telling us to forget about the text and that they wouldn’t be delivering our paid for item.. we called back to complain and the man called my mom stupid again.. and disrespecting her.. she asked to speak to the manager and then said what is it going to do, he was so cocky.
