On the 25th June 2023 we purchased a Heritage 5500 Pro Pillow Top Gel Mattress -Double x1,Cost £325.00, after nine months the majority of them sleepless nights, we have I think had time to form an opinion, and that is this mattress is the most uncomfortable one we have ever attempted to sleep on, we wake at night because we feel something hard pressing against our sides or back in fact whatever position we chose to lay, the only time we manage to achieve a nights sleep is when we are away on holiday, or staying with friends or family, they are advertising a good and healthy sleep every night and wake up fresh and ready for a busy day, I have to tell them when I get out of bed I feel as though I have been mugged.
I have tried to contact them via their website, email, and telephone all without success,
Avoid this company, their customer care service is obviously comparative with the quality of their mattresses.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I ordered a mattress which is faulty and they are not responding via Facebook, email, phone nor Chatbot on their website, so I looked them up at Companies House and they are going out of business - apparently this is their usual pattern - they get a few good reviews at the start, then dump faulty product and make a lot of money before they wind the company up. Then they start with a new name, probably in the same line of business. The owner is ALI RAZA.

SEE OUR REVIEW ON THE BED HEIST LTD, WHICH HAS BEEN VERIFIED, to date the only communication we have had has been to question our authenticity.

We bought our 5500 mattress jan 2023, took note of reviews on Facebook, and the 5 year guarantee, the mattress arrived and initially all well, however the bed has now got a ridge in the middle, we have tried to contact them by phone, messenger and chat all to no avail, we are reporting them to trading standards today.

As others have said, and oh how I wished I had read the reviews on here a year ago, great when buying but a complete joke when trying to get some resolution.

Avoid this company.
Ordered a mattress had it delivered. Within 24 hrs we reported damage to the mattress to Ali. He said to inform the claims department.
We did and nothing has been done, they have a 10 day exchange policy, but can't be put in place as nobody answer or returns your calls.
This is a cowboy outfit KEEP AWAY...

No sign of mattress ordered on 20th September. No update as to when it is due. Multiple excuses given. Now not answering calls.

received a bed, service upto buying was great however I received the bed with a tear in the headboard and dirt all over it. Their poor delivery driver delivered it in his own when it was clearly a two man job, he dragged the headboard into my house which must’ve damaged it.

I contacted them promptly and was told tough luck and to go to trading standards. VERY BAD customer service. DONT DO IT

Unbelieveble rip off company. When I tried to return the mattress under the money back guarantee they kept putting the phone down. When I tried to speak to an agent to raise a concern they kept putting the phone down or pretending I'd never ordered from them. Absolutely disgusting. Don't ever deal with them. I'm still trying to get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Absolutely horrific experience dealing with this company from whom we bought a mattress months ago on the promise of a proper trial and which they have point blank refused to take back deploying all sorts of shady tactics in the process. The mattress is not suitable for us and BedHeist have ignored our correctly made requests to return it and we still have the mattress that we cannot use to this day. Do NOT deal with this company!! Could not be worse customer service - complete sham company.

Had a very nicely made mattress delivered, but it’s too hard and gives my partner and I back pain.

Was promised 100 days trial. Was fobbed off repeatedly and now I’m being ignored.

Terrible service. Won’t be buying again. A shame really since we have holiday cottages and were considering fitting all the beds with these mattresses.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered mattress and pillow (which are fine) but the bed base is damaged, longer measurements than stated and came with no instructions and missing parts.
I have constantly been contacting the company and find them very rude and talk over me.
They have since stopped communicating with me and when on the odd occasion customer support answered the phone, they hung up on me when i stated i was calling about my complaint letter.
I am currently in the process of taking this matter further as they have failed to respond to my complaint letter, so i am now sending a letter before court action.
I have requested a refund for the bed base only or offered to exchange for another bed but they are totally blanking me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

WARNING. Do not buy from these. I had faulty matress and ignored my complaints and calls. They emailed me to say they tried to exchange but was at home but we where. And checked on cctv and they are lying blatantly.

Just to confirm this page belongs to The Bed Heist same as the verified account so there are 2 for the same business but they deny this they lie and use the same tactics with unhappy customers they claim competitors leaving bad reviews or you bought from Marketplace more lies oh they also block you on Facebook and messenger when you have a complaint about their cheap inferior products bad people filter on the 1 and 2 star reviews these reviews are correct and I experienced all of these problems save your money and buy from a reputable company so you have a real guarantee and aftercare service.

To the man I have spoken to today on the phone thanks for not sending your email address by WhatsApp as you said you would you obviously don’t need my screen shots of being blocked on messenger and Facebook because you know this is how you operate and I will be warning potential new customers as I have done today in hope others will not get stung by you

My partner purchased a rather expensive ottoman bed from this company, during assembly the main center strut is supplied is too short by six inches, she has called and texted several times to have the part swapped for the correct size, but they just give her the run around or totally ignore her. It's a terrible company, avoid it at all costs.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. Ordered the heritage 5500 from Facebook After buying 10 days, the mattress was sinked and dipped with lumpy middle part.and me and my husband got backache. Customer service doesn’t help at all! If you contact with them during the 10 nights trial they never respond and later say” time has gone” Avoid 😞😞😞😟😟😏 poor quality. Betraying customer service.
