We purchased the 7ft emperor bed in grand naples blue with a 2000 pocket mattress and have to say we are really impressed by the look and quality. Its solid, looks lovely and very comfortable. We paid for assembly too which was done in rapid time. Only negative I have is communication was lacking regarding delivery and I only received updates after contacting the company on the online chat but they did respond very quickly to those messages and delivery was on the day they said with an accurate time slot. Delivery was within 2 weeks and the price was excellent too. Would purchase from them again. Thank you!

I ordered a Super King size bed, mattress and the set up by bed mode staff online.

It is a big bed, delivery came today and it was set up by their 2 x staff in the bedroom.

The quality of the bed is brilliant, the mattress is lovely. I am Leeds area and Bedmode is Dewesbury West Yorkshire so local to us.

Would i buy from them again - Yes i would

Amazing customer service and product, we were a little sceptical as the price was so good but our new bed is amazing and customer service was excellent. Queries were responded almost instantly. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future

I am honestly so impressed. The bed is of excellent quality. The material is lovely, and you can tell it's really well made. The mattress is super comfy too. As for the company themselves. They have been simply amazing. Outstanding communication from start to finish. I would 100% buy from them again.

I ordered an emporer sized bed from Bedmode. The pre delivery communication was excellent - fast response over WhatsApp and also I had some questions and was able to get them all answered with a 10 min phone call. They are very flexible and offer lots of different options. The actual bed is incredible - so comfy and finally my giant husband is able to have his feet on end the bed! We did have a small hiccup with delivery but this was resolved quickly. Overall I would recommend Bedmode - especially for large and bespoke beds!

My experience has been amazing. Price is great and communication was top notch throughout the process. After assembly support was also great, as some hydraulics had to be changed due to heavy weight of my mattress (which they replaced for free). You won't find this quality and customer service for this price anywhere else.

Great bed for a decent price, you also get a personal adviser WhatsApp you and keep in contact, slight miscommunication on delivery day, but no real problems. Great company for me.

Great experience, Bedmode contacted me straight away regarding delivery and kept me up to date until the bed came, which was within two weeks. We brought an emperor sized bed and it was very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other companies.

Great experience from bedmode. Great communications from start to finish. I had a slight issue with the delivery which was instantly rectified. I would highly recommend bedmode.

Order an emporer size bed. Excellent communication from the onset. There may have been an issue with the mattress so we were offered an upgraded mattress, however, the one we ordered was sourced. Very quick delivery and the bed is AMAZING. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny and I would say very good quality for the price.

**update. We have now owned this bed for a couple of months. Our sleep has improved so much due to the memory foam mattress. Having extra space feels like we have a hotel bed now! Even my Whoop data has showed better sleep. So impressed by this company. I also forgot to add in my initial review that we had a discount code which I think had expired, however as I had tried to place the order late at night / into early morning, this company still honoured this and provided me with a different code to save the 10% (which obviously made the already good deal, even better!). An honest and new company that clearly priorities customer feedback as they even checked in a while later to check we were still happy.
If you think your deal might sound 'too good to be true', trust me, it isn't! The quality and customer care was way beyond my expectations.
