There was no written instructions that the cover comes separately from the matress so I had to contact customer service 2 times. Also the cover was not lyocell material, it was polyester(its written in the tag) so that was dissapointing.

Comfortable bed but sheets don't fit.
The bed is delivered in many segments on a big wooden pallet and it is heavy and not easy to assemble. It is comfortable but the pillows that came with it are below standard and not suitable. The accompanying sheets do not fit the bed so they were useless as well. It was delivered on the date promised.

QUALITY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY PROCESS.
*long review but I want to save you from going through my experience*
We ordered our bed (Venus 160x200) at the end of November and didn't receive it until March (we ordered weeks before Christmas holidays, and then we were going for Spring holidays by the time they wanted to deliver). The waiting time was excessively long, with repeated delays and poor communication throughout the process. At times, customer service came across as indifferent and unhelpful (with some exceptions)
Delivery in Sweden only takes place on weekdays during working hours, with a very broad delivery window (e.g., 8 AM-5 PM), meaning you have to stay home all day waiting. For a bed at this price point, I also found it unacceptable that delivery was only curbside. We had to carry all the parts into our apartment ourselves.
We then discovered that the mattress cover didn't fit properly and had to wait for a replacement to be sent. When the replacement arrived, it was delivered to a service point rather than our home. My husband went to pick it up, but instead of a cover, they had sent a 160x200 mattress, which he had to carry home.
Given the long delays, multiple mistakes, countless exchanges with customer service, and overall frustration, we requested compensation. The company first offered to give us some sheets, pillows etc, and then refunded us only around €100, which felt completely inadequate. It showed that they don’t care about making things right or that they felt sorry.
As for the bed itself, the quality simply does not justify the price. It is no more comfortable than many mainstream beds on the market, some of which are significantly cheaper and even more comfortable. Also, I m noticed that the fabric at one corner has started to tear (pic attached). The only reason we didn't return it was because, after three months of delays, carrying heavy parts from the curbside, assembling the bed, dealing with missing and incorrect components, and spending so much time with customer service, we simply didn't have the energy to go through the return process and start over with another purchase.
I deliberately waited several months before writing this review because I wanted to ensure that my frustration with the buying process wasn't influencing my opinion of the product itself. However, after four months of use, I can confidently say that the bed is not worth the price

Total scam and by far the worst…
Total scam and by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a bed in November 2025. In January, they delivered the wrong bed, and it appeared to be second-hand/used. After months of delays, my actual purchased bed was supposedly scheduled for delivery on May 13th, but the freight company kept postponing and putting the delivery on hold multiple times.
Now, after almost 7 months, I still have no bed and have had to request a refund.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this company.

How many stars would you give?
I will just describe the process and then everyone can judge themselves:
- 28.22.25: we ordered a bed - expected delivery date 23.01.2026
- 08.01.26: we get an email, delivery delayed until 06.02.26
- 29.01.26: we get an email, delivery more delayed, probably until week 8 (end February)
- 20.02.26: Bed is finally delivered, but both the end part of the bed, as well as the mechanical pieces to hold the "lamelbund" are delivered in the wrong size, so the bed can not be assembled. We straight away write an email and ask for a fast solution. The answer is they will try to solve it but can't say when.
- 19.03.26: once month after the original delivery we get a spare part delivery with the correct sized piece for the bed frame, but without the very essential correct pieces to hold the "lamelbund". We of course write straight away and complain. On top we do in this email ask them to pick up the mattresses when they deliver the right parts, since they are very soft and a low density foam (not high quality). Of course they say they solve it
- Today (30.03.2026): a follow up from my side since I haven't heard anything, neither about the right parts nor about the pickup of the mattresses. It has now been 1 month and 10 days since the twice delayed delivery, we have exchanged 40+ emails and we still don't have all parts to assemble the bed correctly.
