Lied to my face about the delivery date

Lied to my face about the delivery date and then tried to gaslight me. I wouldn't buy from this place again in a million years. I came in to buy a bed two weeks before surgery, and told them I had to have the bed in a week and a half, and wouldn't buy a bed if the time frame was longer. They promised it would absolutely be there in time. When a week and a half came I emailed to see what happened, and they replied back that we definitely agreed on two and a half weeks and that I "must have forgotten the conversation", as if I'd forget when I had surgery scheduled. They just continued to gaslight, no matter what I said they lied and lied and lied that my memory must be wrong when it would have been impossible for me to ever agree to that date. Do not buy anything from these liars.

We are deeply concerned by your statements, which is why we have thoroughly reviewed your order file and the written communication logs. The actual data and chronology completely disprove the version you are presenting here.
First of all, we must state that at no point during the sale or in subsequent communications were we notified of any medical situation, urgency, or scheduled surgery. The only information provided on your end was a move into a rented apartment.
Secondly, the dates you present do not match our official records. You purchased a sleep system in a special custom size of 2x2 meters on May 23rd. Since this is a product manufactured exclusively under custom order, you were clearly and explicitly informed in the store that delivery would take place during the first fortnight of June (as it requires a 3-week manufacturing window). Your order was successfully delivered to your home on June 10th, strictly fulfilling the agreed timeframe and well within the first half of the month.
We sincerely regret that you have chosen to publish a distorted version of the facts after having received your merchandise on time. At Bed's, we operate with absolute transparency in both our logistics and customer service. Regards.

Less than we paid for

The Bedland we purchased from, Portal de la Marina, is now closed, so using the closest to us now in Valencia.

In April 2025, we purchased a king-size articulated Bedland bed base, headboard, and two 90x200 cm Bedland mattresses (one firm, one normal). Because we needed the beds quickly, we accepted the store’s policy of no trial periods, returns, or refunds.

Delivery and assembly were professional, but within days, we noticed the normal mattress continually slipped, creating a persistent 4-5 cm gap. When measured, it was approximately 195 cm long instead of the advertised 200 cm.

The staff attempted two separate replacements, but every single mattress measured roughly 195-196 cm down the middle—even while still wrapped for delivery.

After months of emails and waiting, Bedland closed the matter. They explained that due to the textile cover design and rounded edges, a "reduction in the outer perimeter is perceived with respect to the exact measurement of the core," and called this 4-5 cm difference "totally normal."

For us, this issue is not theoretical, and it absolutely affects performance. The shorter mattress moves constantly during nightly use of the articulated bed, creating gaps near the pillows and resulting in an uneven bed appearance next to the firm mattress, which fits the frame correctly at the full 200 cm length.

While we appreciate the localized customer service attempts, we are highly disappointed that a structural manufacturing defect is dismissed by Bedland corporate as a standard design trait. Selling an articulated product that is 4-5 cm short of its advertised structural dimensions is not acceptable.

WORST customer service in Spain.

WORST customer service in Spain.
Please avoid BEDLAND in Cartagena if possible.
Do not give them your custom.

I bought a mattress from Bedland in Cartagena and it took more than two months to have it delivered.
The service from the shop and the transportation company was abysmal.
The staff in the shop appeared helpful but in reality nothing happened to make my experience of their shop and their service better
The delivery company’s way of working is such that they call you today for delivery tomorrow.
If you can’t be at home on that day, they say that they will call another day in order to agree the delivery on the next day.
Why they can’t schedule deliveries more than one day in advance - I don’t know and I don’t understand.

I am so annoyed with myself that I spent money in this shop.
Let’s hope that the mattress will be good and my disappointment will subside in time to come.

Be very careful when you buy these beds.

I have been waiting for over three months for my bed to be repaired and I have been charged money twice. They came to my apartment twice, and they brought the wrong part for my bed even thoughtheytook photographs. They have kept me waiting for days. This is the worst service that I have received from a company. The sales ladies work so hard to sell these expensive beds,
I decded to write a review in Trust Pilot to warn other people to be very careful when they buy these beds. The public must know that if anything goes wrong, they don't have a chance in he'll to get help from this company.
At last they repaired the broken bed in October. This is after six months from they day I reported it to Bedland.
You can see their short reply in Spanish which they couldn't be bothered to even apologise for their awful service.

Shocking after sales service!

My mum bought a bed and mattress in Bedland, Portal De la Marina, Ondara. It was supposed to be a memory foam mattress and it felt nice and comfortable in the shop however, when it was delivered my mum was not happy as it was way too hard. We went down to the shop to see if they sold a topper to match the mattress because it was an unusual size bed. The assistant had some English and was polite until the sale was made.

We called into the shop 2 weeks later and she was so rude to us, telling us that it was not yet in the store, then went back to work. I advised her that I was leaving in a few days and that I wanted to collect it before I left to go home as my mum was not driving. She told me that she was not sure when it would be in, I asked her if they could delivery same, and she advised me that they did not offer a delivery service.

Finally, after waiting 3.5 weeks my mum got a phone call to say it was ready to collect. However, my mum asked if they could deliver same. Mum paid the 25euro fee and it took several calls and 6 weeks later before the topper arrived to my mums home. This is one company we would not recomend and they are constantly having some sort of sale in order to entice people in. What a shame Claudia was so rude to us because the other assistant that I corresponded with over the WhatsAp platform was politer and used google translate to communicate with me.

This company is shocking for after sales service and we cannot recommend it.
