Outstanding service, picking a bed with my teenage son was a chore however the Instore advisor was great, made the experience seamless and quick!
The delivery guys were the nicest most polite ever, took shoes off when they came into my home, assembled the bed with no mess & tidied up and took rubbish away with them!! Highly recommend and will make sure friends and family use! Just a lovely bunch of staff! Oh and the bed is amazing per my son lol! :) Mrs Hall

Customer service is good. Quality of bed not so much. I’ve have had the base of bed replaced twice since purchase in 2023 and still having issues. I just want a bed to be comfortable in and this i am afraid to sleep in.

Had a fantastic experience in the East Kilbride store, we had been let down so badly by Bensons, but the chap at the store could not have been any nicer and accommodating, we purchased the bed on the 14th, and was delivered less than a week later, just in time for Christmas. The two chaps who came with the bed were fantastic too and had the bed assembled in less than 10 minutes. Cannot recommend the company enough!

Bought new beds from Deanes a couple of months ago. Excellent service. Delivered new beds and took old bed away. Also moved a bed from one room to another for us. Recently needed a bed for a few weeks while we waited for a stairlift to be installed. Deanes helped us out. Great.

Bought a bed and memory foam mattress from Beds 2 Go, Aberdeen, a few weeks ago. It’s the best bed I’ve ever had! Took a day or two to settle, which is normal, but now it’s sooooo comfortable. Service was great. Arrived a few days earlier than expected. Stuart was extremely helpful.

Purchased the 3' Perel Bed Frame. Good value, a sturdy bed and looks good.
Delivered quickly. Perfect for our spare room for when the grandchildren come to stay.
Delivery people very polite and helpful.
Have had items from Deans before and would again.

Bought mattress, in January. Mattress damp, still waiting for replacement. Would not recommend, quality
poor, service worse.

Great service from the knowledgeable team at the showroom in Stonyhills Ware Herts.
Delivery arrived today, the Team were on time, professional very respectful and took the time to demonstrate how my new sofabed worked.
Highly recommend this company, great selection of furniture with fabulous service.
