I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Bed & Beyond UK. While their communication is quick and polite, it leads nowhere when there’s an actual problem to fix.

The bed arrived with multiple issues: the headboard was broken, and the feet of the bed were also damaged. I raised these problems immediately and provided all the required information. Despite repeated messages and promises, no proper resolution was offered and the complaints were never fixed.

Good communication means nothing if the seller doesn’t take responsibility. Based on my experience, this seller is unreliable and misleading, and I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Brookline bed

I’ve just bought this bed it looks a lot better than the picture. It was delivered well on time. Very well and carefully packaged. I had to contact them a few times regarding a custom made blanket box they were very helpful. I was expecting a little bit better quality than what it is. Overall I’m happy and will recommend
