Absolutely fantastic experience from the most friendly salesperson. Needing a divan base & headboard immediately he was there to help. I can’t thank him enough. Great prices and great service. Even though I live 100 miles away and initial order was for daughter living locally I will definitely be ordering my next mattress or complete bedset from the Bed Shop Cannock.
Purchased several beds and mattresses over the last few years. Nothing short of excellent products, but also fair prices. The whole team are fantastic, from the moment you enter the showroom to the moment they deliver the goods, and even had a chat with Rich, the owner, afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything. We have purchased four beds (2 three quarter beds, a single bed and a king size) from The Bed Shop Cannock over the last couple of years and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
The team are always patient and nothing is too much trouble. The showroom is fully stocked with a variety of beds and different mattresses so you can take your time to make sure you are choosing the correct one. The quality of the beds and mattresses is second to none and delivery and assembly is always professional and quick.

What great service. We desperately needed a new bed, after shopping around other local bed stores we found The Bed Shop Cannock had brilliant customer service. The guys in there were so helpful and allowed us to take our time and choose the best bed for us. They were really knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed. Our bed was delivered and installed and they even took all the rubbish away. Its so comfy we love it, defiantly recommend.
