Great sleep

I have just had the best sleep ever we bought a new mattress from bedsonline it was as described with a cool jel on top it is a really deep mattress and solid unlike our last one I can honestly recommend this company to everyone the cost is great as well I am so glad I chose to order from this company

This was by far the worst experience we…

This was by far the worst experience we had during our trip to this country. The driver was extremely rude, shouting in her own language the entire time and not speaking a single word of English, which made communication impossible.

When she arrived, she refused to let us get in the car, claiming (as far as we could understand from her shouting) that we had too many suitcases. This was unacceptable, as we had clearly specified the number of bags when we booked the service. In the end, all our luggage did fit in the vehicle, but she loaded it with obvious reluctance, still yelling and making comments in her language.

Instead of a smooth and professional transfer to the airport, we were left stressed, upset, and treated with total disrespect. Absolutely unprofessional and not what you expect from a transfer service. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
