The topper we purchased is much firmer than we expected it to be which is great. It's firm but has a little give to it. Our current mattress is 3 years old and became too soft. This topper has helped us sleep better.

I purchased this topper with a considerable amount of skepticism, all doubts have been quelled. This topper has made an old worn-out mattress (literally) feel like a brand new luxury model. I'm highly impressed, it's a winner thank you.

I have tried contacting you several times by email, phone calls and texting and no response from you. You have no customer service. I want to return the mattress, how do I start a return? I’m hoping I will get a response from you asap. But I’m very doubtful

I tried several emails to communicate on a defective topper nobody responded about my issue on it gave 48hrs to wait no help. Im in the window
period of 30 days I'm not happy and overall. I just want a refund. purchased on August 11th 2023.

Product came in a timely manner, and is VERY comfortable. My husband and I feel so much more rested after just a few night of sleeping on our topper.

I didn't like not getting a receipt right away but when I contacted CS, they got a hold of me right away and sent me one.
My mattress pad came in good time and I have to say, the quality of the pad is a definite 10! It was professionally packaged and I'm very happy with my purchase. I sleep so much better now and it does exactly what is advertised. I stay nice and cool and comfortable.

The mattress was delivered within time that was promised to deliver to the product. The mattress appears to be excellent quality! I purchased the 14 inch mattress. I am waiting full expansion see reaches close to 14 inch. I am happy with my purchase of this item.

They said easy return on their website, but it’s been almost a month since I requested a return. They have not send return instruction yet. No one response now.

Not too soft, not too hard, has a removable cover for washing. Reviews of this topper are enthusiastic and so is my evaluation.

So the first thing I noticed is if you sit on the side of the bed it just sinks so you slide off unless you are a good bit back. It sleeps great but takes a lot to get up from it because you’ve sank into it.

Terrible bed. Terrible customer service. I let the bed inflate for 72 hours, followed all instructions
and I'm trying to return the bed after 1 day of use and I've sent 3 e emails with no response a week later. Me and my girlfriends back and neck is hurting me after sleeping on it. It's like sleeping on a bed of jello, when it says it's firm. It's the worst mattress and worst service I've ever experienced. Take this mattress back please, i wouldn't even sleep on this bed if it was free. Their 48 hr response time is an absolute lie. I will contact my attorney and sue for false advertisement of return policy as well as file a complaint with the BBB better business bureau. The nerve of this company to send me a "remember TO REVIEW YOUR BED" email without responding to my complaints. Well There you go bedstory I gave an honest review of this jello bed you sent me.

Update: I finally got a hold of them through Facebook. And still terrible customer service. These A-holes tried giving me a 30% return cuz of some bull-ish saying it was gonna cost them to much to return so I can keep this bed I don't want and they'll give me 30%. Yea friggin right, I called my card and filed fraud and got my money back and still kept the bed. FRAUD COMPANY. stay away, for your own sake. A homeless person wouldn't even want this bed. And their 1 month trial period is a BLATANT LIE! stay away!

There is no customer service phone number for this - it was frustrating because I could not speak to an actual person, and the emails kept coming that the mattress was on its way - but I had no way of knowing the exact drop off date.

This is an awesome product and GREAT Price. I haven't slept this comfortably in years! Thank you.

I am a side sleeper and I have always slept on traditional spring mattresses. After scouring the internet and finding this mattress on sale, I decided to give it a try. This is a nice mattress- it came in perfect condition, expanded well in a few days, and is just as described. But I have to say, it's not for "all sleepers" like mentioned in the description. After sleeping on it for a few nights, I woke up with hip pain and neck pain. Not soft enough to support me in the right way when I sleep on my sides. Would recommend for back or stomach sleepers, it is comfortable in those positions.

Very better than my last store bought bed. I also think the hybrid was a good choice. You dont get that sinking feeling.

The mattress was amazing..according to ME and my 15-year-old grandson who will be spending most of his time with us, starting immediately. He lost his mom in Dec 2021 and spent 4 months with us. But - like all teens, he needs to determine where he knows he will find the most love (which starts with a bed), and find the home he needs after losing his mom in late December 2021.

Bed it too firm but seller did a good job. We are very impressed with customer service.

I'm sorry to hear that it didn't arrive as expected, but I'm glad to know that when it did arrive, you were able to install it in the morning and sleep in it the same night. It unfolded completely and was very comfortable, which made you satisfied.

Purchased for the bed in our RV. Cannot comment on the product to much as I have tried it only once but, the one time I did, I found it comfortable. It gave me the relief I was looking for. Does have that charcoal smell to it when you first open it but it seems to fade as time goes on.
