They take your money and screw you on the 365 day sleep trial. STAY AWAY from these WALLET SPECIALISTS!

If you want a company that has your back when things go wrong, THIS IS NOT THAT company. It is to bad that they tie everything up with countless emails. If you wish to join me in a class action dance, then send me a message and I will add you to the growing of people that bedstory has SCREWED.

I look forward to hearing from the disillusioned bedstory suckers like me!

I have purchased 3 types of mattresses…

I have purchased 3 types of mattresses from Bedstory, one twin, one queen and one king mattress. All of them are just the right way of getting into bed after a tiring day. The relief these mattresses provide after a good sleep is worth mentioning. Also, the customer interaction is handled promptly and I am extremely happy about Bedstory purchases.

Prompt Refund

I purchased a queen mattress from Amazon to replace the mattress in my 5th wheel. When I retrieved the 5th wheel from storage, I found that I did not need to replace the mattress. I contacted the seller on August 3rd to obtain the return label for sending the mattress back to them. A couple of emails later, I received the shipping label. Once the seller received the mattress, they deposited the refund into my bank account on August 9th. Communication was prompt and very courteous.

I am rating a 3 because I was extremely pleased with their product and wanted to buy another bed. I reached out to their customer service department which was quick to respond and I deeply appreciate that. Only thing is they no longer have the bed available and cannot find me anything comparable? That’s odd to me. Especially since I am giving them such props on their product being comfortable you’d think they’d want to retain me as a customer and offer me a comparable product to purchase. That is my only feed back.

Worst mattress ever.

After only a few months of sensible use the mattress I purchased began to produce uncomfortable areas as the springs appeared at the surface.Although my interactions with BedStory consisted of polite, friendly and empathetic emails they did not result in a replacement.I was offered a 40% refund then50%.I reluctantly accepted 70%as a replacement offer was not forthcoming and by then it felt like I was in an auction! The mattress was not fit for purpose and I would not buy from this firm again.

Great customer support

Ordered a mattress topper which was very nice. But too formal for my partner. I contacted customer support and they offered me a discounted refund if I kept it. After a few emails and being unable to fit the topper in anything rational to send back. I received a partial refund and have kept the item. Great customer support!!

Excellent customer service

After sleeping on the mattress for a couple of months, I decided it was not for me. I called Bed Story and I spoke with a young lady on the phone. She took my info and told me that somebody would be in contact with me within 24 hours. I didn't hold my breath! Much to my surprise, I received an email the next morning from Hana, a sales rep. After a couple of emails back and forth, she issued me a credit for the full amount. She also told me to donate the mattress, which I have done.
I am very happy with the experience that I have had with Bed Story Mattress Company

Amazon purchase

I purchased a mattress thru Amazon. It arrived earlier than expected and was easy to set up. There was an issue that needed addressing so I contacted BedStory directly. My info was taken and as promised less than 24 hours later I was contacted back. All correspondance has been quick and they were eager to make sure my issue was solved. So nice to be able to have such great service these days. And my son said his new bed is quite comfortable. Win win for me here. Thank you!
