Wonderful quality. Could not have made it for a less price

Ordered at the beginning of Nov - for FLAT packed boxes - took 4 weeks for these to be delivered. When I queried the Sales team they said 'boxes are made to order and this can take 2-4 weeks from ordering' However, as previously indicated, the order was for FLAT PACKED boxes. The email promotion intimated that the boxes in this sale were sold WITH nails, runners glue - Nope. Ordered what appeared on the website to be a candle MOULD x 3, description had info about using the mould, was supplied with 3 tiny candles. So now my preparations for Christmas have been badly impacted by misleading advertising and website descriptions.

I am astonished by this company, my orders are small but the care and attention to details by their staff is outstanding. a couple of times Royal Mail has messed up on delivery, Bee Equipment has taken on full responsibilty and sorted it out very quickly. Items arrive well packaged and speedily. Only small gripe is use of bubble wrap, can they not use the cardboard honey combe, which I could use in my smokers. Staff are always very helpful and call back when they say they will.

Ordering was easy, payment easy, delivery prompt and well packaged (packaging used in the smokers), quality is excellent and pricing in the sales is very competitive. I will always consider Bee Equipment for my needs.
Try adding a range of 'old fashioned' equipment IE. Horsley boards, Wedmore boards. The sort of gear Norman Chapman or Dave Cushman would have made and used.

Paid for delivery £13++. Took 4 weeks to arrive.....until I phoned to ask for the delay......awaiting for part of the order was there answer..... so why not send what they have which I needed 3 weeks ago and had to get from somewhere else .......
