I’m sorry you're disappointed with the service you received.
Your order was placed at 15.28pm on Thursday. The Post Office stops accepting post for dispatch at 4pm, so unfortunately it was not possible to package your order and take it to the Post Office in time for their deadline.
Had the order been placed earlier I would've been able to dispatch it the same day.
For this reason we state that items are dispatched within 1 business day of ordering and not on the same day.
Hopefully this explains why it was dispatched on Friday morning and you received it on Saturday.

I cannot speak highly enough about this delightful company. I was looked after by a lovely, pleasant lady, Catherine, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
