I would thoroughly recommend Dominic Waller. After initial contact with Dominic he had been to the property and sent me a very extensive, detailed report, including photos within a matter of days. The cost for this work was very reasonable, and he kept in touch throughout.
He also furnished me with lots of sound advice of what is now required and how to go about this.

We have a garden with many trees, one in particular of concern to neighbours where a recent Planning Approval could affect tree stability.
Beechland Arboriculture, namely fully qualified arboriculturist Dominic Waller, provided a rapid and impeccable service from initial telephone brief, to visit and receipt of a comprehensive assessment, not only of the 'target' tree but also of other tree conditions on this quarter acre property.
The 30 page report covered every aspect of the very detailed inspection with plans and photographs. The report included background information upon the trees and the legal responsibilities of every land or property owner with trees that may need attention, including all appropriate references or citations.
The whole report has become my guide to understanding my responsibilities as a tree owner and even those of the Local Authority who may not seem to recognise the amenity value of 'your' tree.
I have no hesitation in recommending Beechland Arboriculture for the purpose of providing an honest and professional assessment of tree condition. It's invaluable for assessing any decision, whether felling, pruning or just keeping an eye on things.

We were rejected a driveway by the local council based on the council's criteria around tree and verge protection.

We got more than we asked for in the report which ultimately led to the Tree Officer approving the crossover.

Dominic really went over and above to provide us narrative we could use around the council's unfair verge removal policy, and although not a legal document, Dominic also provided us some very useful narrative around our common law rights, allowing us to put to the council the need for clarity and reasoning to show amenity value, that would otherwise curtail our common law rights of access.
