The manager Steve and Allen are great and very helpful
At first get paid ok no problems
When you leave don't expect to get any thing
You have to upfront fuel cost which could be 200pwk
Get charged for missing parcels
I did 7 days at 180 pounds and got 94

Wouldn't even rate a 1 star, robbing company no help at all even when needed, got told I'm not an issue to them when they missed days pay from my last slip, useless hierarchy, Alan from South east kent there manager of a couple depots was amazing only reason I kept trying to push through. But they robbed me for days money refused to give me clarification and documentation I am legally informed to see. Can't believe a company like this works around England wouldn't recommend this job even to those in need not worth the stress, dramas and troubles caused along the way.

Literally needed a courier within half an hour, one came within 15 of making my first call. Confirmation of delivery within 2 hrs. Fast, effective, true to their word!

Avoid. Complete disgrace that Beecrown can still operate as a company. Worked out of the Reading depot, their contract got cancelled by Amazon 20 minutes before loading on a Monday morning. They still charged every rental driver a full weeks rent and withheld drivers pay for going on 4 weeks now. On average, drivers have been deducted £1500 from their wages that is being put down as 'contractor deductions' no explanation as to what that is exactly. Get no response apart from automated emails and messages. This company is a scam. I completely agree with every other 1 star review on here

Working for beecrown logistics Ltd in Crawley drh1 I was a rental driver the first day they sent me out with a van that had a rear door hanging off. The second day we was sent out with a van with no headlights (only noticed when it got dark) then when we was due to be paid they sent me a payslip for £1,300 but knocked me for £600 for van damages that I never done I had taken photos on the fleet check in front of the manager but they have still taken the money I even valeted the van so it went back better than when they gave it to me. Beecrown got removed from amazon (which says everything) I wouldn't recommend beecrown to anyone
Stay clear of them they will do you out of money any way they can

Working for Beecrown in Crawley DRH1, Beecrown contract came to an end abruptly at the depot, as a rental van driver my money was withheld for checks to the van etc which is in the contract. My van was already damaged when I picked the van up and the area manager and manager from the depot already knew this as they were pointing the damages out to me but they still deducted van damages from my final pay even though I didn’t do any damage myself to the van. All rental drivers have been charged damages for vans that were already damaged.

Thanks for your reply but as I have said I DID NOT damage the van in any way, it was ALREADY damaged when I picked it up and I have photos showing the damages when I collected it, I should not be penalised for a van that I did not damage! I am not the only one having this problem with yourselves penalising drivers for damages they did not do. I also returned the van in a much cleaner condition then when I got it…you should be ashamed of yourselves for your treatment of your drivers

I’ve been completely scammed ! I have before and after pictures of the van I used it was already damaged and when I handed it back because they bankrup they’ve kept my whole months salary. I have photographic dated photo evidence yet these people want withhold my whole months pay. I have a child on the way, I worked hard for them and cannot believe they can treat people like this. Please can I have you legal support this is a disposable act to do to hard working people!

Since day one of joining Beecrown I have been treated like part of the family rather than just a work colleague, this company puts its work force first and profits last. I can’t thank Gaz and the team enough for their constant support

Awful Company.

Keep away from this company they are absolutely awful to work for and will keep your pay. Avoid completely unless you want to be a slave.

There is a particular little ginger area manager who has something definately wrong with him. Very rude and abrupt and the owners are just as bad scammers.

Do not trust them or work for them; there is so many drivers all working together to bring them to court so if you have any issues please write a review with your details and we will add you to the list.

FAKE REVIEWS ALL DATED after the Christmas period when they robbed lots of there staff and all from one depo while a certain area manager was there.
this certain area manager also called me asking me to remove my review as a favour haha because apparently he’s done me lots of favours in that past

P.s this isn’t a fake account this is my one and only account and I will continue to post about how your staff threatened me and stole my money not once have I threatened your staff hahaha it is laughable how you lie and steal typical little rinky dink company and and please do contact the police I have already filed a report about how Ali threaten me and have provided all evidence not once have I threaten your staff and you have not paid me what I’m owed though have you because you are withholding nearly £600 of my money

Currently working as an on site manager for Beecrown in our depot in Littlehampton. I can’t say enough good things about Gaz and the management team. They are fair and understanding company to work for. As I have worked for other companies previously in the same line of business for the last 3 years, I can safely say I’ve experienced all situations with regards to wages, how they run an operation and paying drivers etc. I’ve had zero issues with Beecrown. They always pay on time, have helped me out no end when I’ve had any issues. They really are a top tier company to work for. Would fully recommend them to anyone who is looking to work as a courier.

I can't go by the other depo's but I currently have been working for beecrown out of the Littlehampton depo since September 2022. My experience has been fantastic the manager Laura is amazing she's straight shooting tells you when you're doing great and tells you on where you're going wrong and explains on how to improve. The area manager Steve is also a fantastic guy friendly and makes the effort to remember everyone's names and when he's in the Littlehampton depo he comes down and says hi to the driver's working that day.
Never had any bad experience in regards to not being payed it's always been on time. A true and professional company to work for.
