Quality as promised
The product as excellent as mentioned in their website. I live far away and they delivered it to my home. The meat was soft and fat free.

Please refer to my earlier comments sent on receiving the order for sirloin meat and cutlets.
1. Order only part delivered , amount collected in full. ie Beef for 570/ delivered cutlets for 125 undelivered!
2. Delivery address not fully noted in the instructions to Dunzo..this created unnecessary confusion.
3. Very poor packaging and no delivery slip indicating contents, no cold storage box used.
4. Reply was sent to the complaint made by beefboy and was assured that the material that was left out would be delivered at the earliest.
4. Placed additional quantity of cutlets on COD basis to make it more convenient for BB.
5.It's over 4 days and 3 reminders and queries -still no delivery or response!
