Not a brilliant first experience with a company. When I completed my order with a payment, an "exception" error message came up, so I had no way of knowing if my order had gone through. I saw the payment appear in my bank, but had no email confirmation from the company. I phoned them first thing in next morning and was told that my order had been accepted and that I would receive an email. By late afternoon I hadn't received an email so I wrote to them again, and did then get an immediate email back confirming that my order was on it's way. A week later, I'd received nothing. Then a lady from several doors down brought my parcel. It had been addressed to her, in her name, not to me. Fortunately she phoned the company up to tell them she hadn't placed an order, and was told that it should have been addressed to me. I can't comment on the efficacy of the products yet, and if I find them beneficial I will update my review.

I have been taking the Propolis capsules for at least 10years and haven't had colds COVID or flu. I'm a 87years old and feeling great.I put it down to the capsules.
