Where to start, once order is made no communication is given on the progress of the order the only way i knew my order was on its way was a notification from DPD. Then the coffee roaster only managed to roast one batch of beans before ceasing to function and the customer service from BEEM is non existent. The only communication from them after emailing them was to leave this review.

Great product. Clear instructions and fun to use

Item arrived quickly and was of the quality expected.
Unfortunately, Beem customer service isn’t so good, have tried to contact them twice to check the length of warranty. Only an acknowledgment received so far.
Hence 4 rather than 5 stars.

There was no shipping mail only order confermation. I had to contact c.s. regarding if shipping has happend.

Regarding the roaster it self...the rating requast is too early for this. I did not acummolate any experience yet. It just arrived.

We ordered our Beem Barista Espresso machine online and it was extremely easy. When it arrived we found the grinding process was faulty and kept blocking. We reported this and within days a replacement was dispatched and received. Customer service was absolutely brilliant. The replacement works wonderfully and the coffee is fabulous. We love it

I thought I’d order this pour over machine from beems own UK website so as not to get a German model…..nope…BEEM 🇬🇧 sent me a German model!! Now I’m stuck using a machine I wanted (a uk one NOT a German one) but sent something that’s an adapted version with German on machine. I reached out to them over a week ago and still waiting to hear from them. So far I can not recommend buying from BEEM UK
It’s a shame

I ordered 2 stove top coffee makers from Beem. They arrived on time and within the specified window. However, one of the items did not have a bag as displayed on the website. I immediately informed customer services and today I received a replacement item when I only expected a replacement bag.
Very pleased with the entire service Beem provided and I would recommend Beem to any one who needs to purchase Coffee or Tea makers from.

We had a problem with machine not working properly, when we contacted beem they sent out a replacement, excellant service from them. Shame about parcel force.

Delivery was really prompt but accessories missing from delivery and still waiting for reply from customer services so unable to use the coffee machine in the meantime. Unable to rate the machine on that basis

So easy to contact. Customer services responded quickly, were very helpful and had a solution for me quickly which was far better than expected.

Faulty item delivered but an email to the support team and a new machine was sent immediately . Good customer service
