Delivered really promptly as always and when I realised I hadn’t added the discount code I emailed and they applied it with no issues! Always happy with the service. Ordered 6 big foot beers and they threw in the six pack box too which was a nice touch!

Beer Hop - Good business
Beer Hop were excellent. Easy to use, clear web site. Order dispatched very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately Parcelforce 24 were not as good. Took 2 working days for delivery and were 3-4 hours late on their SMS. Hopefully put these issues down to Covid.

Very impressed
I can't fault this company. Delivery was fast and accurate, the products are as described and the t-shirt and glass that came with the gift pack are good quality. There was even a surprise snack thrown in, no complaints at all!

Great place to purchase USA beers
Great to be able to source my favourite American beers.
Pingdemic caused delays with postage, but I was updated about this which was a great bit of customer service, totally out of beerhops hands once the beers were with the courier.
Will I use again? Definitely

Knowledgeable seller & amazing selection of beers
Website was easy to use, with helpful information. Delivery was very quick, with recyclable packaging & the Founders KBS coffee & chocolate infused stout was amazing. It was a bit pricy so not something I would buy a lot of. If the price were reduced a little there would be no stopping me! I would happily use Beer Hop again.

This is the single best place to get beer online in the UK. The delivery is quick, they throw in extras like jerky and coasters, and the beer itself is to die for.

Only place with what i wanted in stock and not too badly priced either. Order came next door, well packaged and with the original beer caddy flatpacked in there as a bonus. Shall be ordering from again soon!

Great beer selection, great customer service.
The price is a bit higher due to the delivery cost, so Beer Hop will be “one of” the places I get my American ales, rather than “the only” place and complete replacement.
However, the customer service is absolutely spot on (haven’t had any issues), the beer selection is very extensive and I’ve managed to get some “hard to track down beers”, albeit I could only buy 8, when I’d have preferred 24, but 8 is better than nothing so I won’t be picky and, finally, whilst delivery is pretty expensive it’s also been very good; next day means next day and no breakages (long may it continue!).
