Unfortunately, we don't control the United States Postal Service and the speed at which they deliver mail to you. Your issue is with the USPS, not Beer Money Books as your order was processed and payment issued in a timely manner.

Your order was processed on time and you were emailed throughout the entire process, and we answered the emails you sent almost daily throughout the process. I sent them a book on January 15th. It is now March 3rd and I still have not received payment. I used the contact on their website about a month ago. On February 13th I received an email saying that payment was sent. March 3rd and still no payment received.

Payment was issued on Feb 13th per the proof just emailed to you. Our check processing company had the check in the mail on Feb 18th, but unfortunately the USPS is taking a very long time to get your check from CA to WA.
Why the USPS is taking so long we do not know, but likely related to the weather and continued COVID issues.
From the USPS tracking information we sent you, it looks like the check is in your local area on March 3rd and likely to be delivered today or tomorrow. If not, please let us know and we can get a new check issued.

Nothing really negative just a little slow in process and vague in explanation. Bear in mind I say this in comparison to other vendors I sell to. I have only sold once to Beermoneybooks. I didn't take into account the disaster effecting Texas from the winter storm and Texas's unique Grid that does not share with neighbor states (power). I have come to find that a vendor that might be slow in one aspect will outshine others in a different aspect. I just don't know Beermoneybooks well enough to relate any other qualities at this point. There definetly are vendors that are way worse then BeerMB

I sold a book that was brand new and…
I sold a book that was brand new and the access code or the dvds were not used. I never opened the book. Paid 80 bucks for it and got 34 for it. Wasn’t the best deal.
