Short Term Rentals. Virtual Agency. Poor service

Rental: Vatican Walls, 143 via Candia, Rome - I recently booked a short term rental in Rome, Italy with this company and experienced multiple service deficiencies ranging from cleanliness to comfort and lack of support and action when I reported the issues. They have been playing dead and are not responding to any emails or messages. They operate remotely and use a "virtual concierge" which leads to empty promises of support.
