As of right now my experience has been…

As of right now my experience has been them mixing up my order with another persons order and being late and unhelpful with answering my emails. Its been more than a week since I ordered and as far as I know there has been no progress with shipping my order.

Ordered my item that i wanted

Ordered my item that i wanted. Was in stock when ordered. Week on i had to chase it up as it wasnt delivered. Then to be told its out of stock. Was told get something else instead. I emailed saying i want a refund for which i didnt even get a reply back. No customer service. Lack of care. I chased it up again then to be told i got my refund after 5 6 times of asking. Lacking customer care. Lacking profesionalism. Hopefully iv got my refund after all this. Will not be ordering again. Or will i be recomending my family and friends. As one of my friends recomended this website and the product. Never again.

I bought their product via tiktok

I bought their product via tiktok, for the fact they have mess up with the order NO APOLOGISED BUT GIVEN BAD ATTITUDE NOT ADMITTING THE FAULT. SOON AFTER I RETURN THE ITEM THEY REJECT/DISPUTE MY REFUND, Block me on view their store on tiktok, with all the evidence i have I will put more on tiktok in regard of the owner behaviour! Mr Md Hussain is not genuine business person, do not fall into his scam! His argument is I received the item i order but not admitting he sent me wrong item what I pay for
AVOID AT ALL COST GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DISGRACEFUL PERSON
