Problems are never resolved. One of my shopping trips has been "pending investigation" for more than three years (09/16/2022). Other cashback sites are much better and typically offer comparable, if not better, cashback rates.

BEFRUGAL IS A GOOD AND CONSTANT TOOL TO USE WHEN SHOPPING. THEY OFTEN DO NOT OFFER THE MOST SAVING OPPORTUNITY WHEN SHOPPING, BUT, THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE PUTTING THEIR BEST FOOT FORWARD. QUIETLY IN THE BACKGROUND THEY ARE SAVING WHEN THEY CAN. PERIODICALLY I WILL CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND THERE IS A SUM OF REFUNDS/PAYBACKS THAT HAVE UNEXPECTEDLY ADDED UP.

I love BeFrugal. I buy all my Christmas gifts from the fantastic deals that BeFrugal offers. It saves me a ton of money and I am able to buy the gifts my family loves for a fraction of what they would cost without BeFrugal. Also, since I buy them all year round, I am done with Christmas shopping way before Christmas.

No complaints, very easy cashback process. Works as you'd expect

Follow-up on BeFrugal’s response regarding my account being wrongly flagged as duplicated:
- I contacted BeFrugal via email but received no response.
- I contacted through ticket and chat support, offering to provide evidence. I explicitly stated, “please review my case, and the decision remains yours.” The response I received was: “No thank you.” Support stated they have the authority to decide and would not review any evidence.
- When I asked about the process for appealing, I was told there is none.
I then asked that if they would not review my evidence, at least provide me with the evidence they used for their decision. The response was that there is none.
- Finally, I posted here and received the same generic response instructing me to contact support, which I have already done multiple times without resolution.

Great way to get cb for shopping. I've used other services similar and I prefer befrugal over them all.

Ive been using it for a while Lots of times you complete the purchase and then dont get paid bc of some reason the customer service isnt very good you can only email and the responses The coupons are good

Befrugal is accurate about earnings and gives reliable payouts. Crucial to my business is not to have a minimum balance before payout. Befrugal has no minimums.

Have tried other cash back sites, Rakuten tries to suggest I shop at target, which I do not have instead of nearby Walmart. This just makes me mad. I also don't want to deal with remembering to cash a check. BeFrugal is just so easy to use and usually pays out more where I shop. Anyone would be foolish not to use it.

They are not legit anymore. Their competitors are doing way better than them like Rakuten and Topcashback. They will deactivate the account when its payable without providing a valid reason. Once they deactivate your account you will never get you earning.

Have used BeFrugal for more than 10 years. Never had a problem with receiving submissions or requestioning pay. I have 3 other sites, but Befrugal is the one I use the most
