It's been almost an year the order has not been completed.

It's been almost an year the order has been placed for Schuco Bi-Fold (L shaped). The frame was fitted 4 times and moved as either it was of wrong type, size where not correct. Currently, I am waiting for bi-fold glasses for last 4 months. I had an Oriel Window installed, which is leaking rain water. Repeated follow up and call. Now they have stopped picking up phone calls. All the excuses that can be given under the sun have been given but work is not completed. Windows are fitted without sil. They have no clue of the work, so please be careful and if possible don't don't order with Beir.
I never write reviews, but as a last resort and help other customers, I have written this review.
