I love these shampoo and conditioner bars .They are great quality and compete well with top brand hair care products.

I bought 'Conscious Skincare' Chamomile Toner, really love it and intend to use this from now on. It's gentle on my rosacea prone skin and is hydrating, rather than drying. Also love that their products are zero palm oil and any other nasties, are not tested on animals and are plastic free - all of which are very important to me and the reason I gave up on big brands. I purchased the 100ml aluminium bottle and just wish that the product came in larger bottles or, ideally, could be available locally to me on a refill basis. I hate the idea that all these aluminium bottles are not being reused, although understand why they don't offer a returns policy at present.

Honestly I’m still waiting for my order BUT it’s NOT your fault THAT’S DOWN TO THE SNAIL’S PACE OF ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES AT THE MOMENT (COVID-19 STILL being their excuse…). I’d emailed you saying I’d received no confirmation of my order etc, and was unimpressed by this. However, I received an email back almost immediately (in spite of the lateness of the hour) from the wonderfully kind Charlotte Bowery who explained that it was probably in my junk folder being due to my email provider's security settings and as you’re a small business you’re sometimes not recognised. This is something I had no idea happened and I was therefore feeling really guilty for being so impatient and judgmental…Obviously I found said confirmation email and am awaiting Royal Mail delivery 😂😂. I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Charlotte for her patience and kindness, the product I’ve ordered by Bellepierre is something I’ve used before and it’s absolutely gorgeous, and you’re one of the only companies that stock this excellent brand. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY AND I’ll absolutely be a returning customer. Thanks again.

I bought some soul and soap products from be kind beauty. The p&p was cheaper here than other places so I chose to give them a try. Delivery was quick, the products are perfect, and the packaging was simple and fully recyclable. No plastic in sight. Very happy.

This is my 1st order with Be Kind Beauty, who I discovered when I was searching for an Evolve Beauty product I wanted to buy. I was happy that they sold it & found it very easy to order from their lovely looking website. Even though I opted for free delivery, my order was dispatched very quickly & arrived not too long afterwards. It was packed well with plastic-free packaging to protect my items. The additional tissue paper wrapping around my order gave it a feeling of opening up a present! And I thought the inclusion of a sample product for me to try was a nice touch, too. I liked how the carbon impact of my order was shown on the site. Everything came quickly in small recyclable packaging. I’d like to know more about the supply chain and operations side and what’s being done to mitigate impact in this area. But overall a really good service.

The products arrived swiftly and I am 5 days into using them, loving the results so far!

The only reason I am giving a low rating is that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my order at all.

I assume that my package will arrive and I will then be able to submit an accurate review.

I received the “your order is on its way” email on the 31st August and since then a number of emails but no sign whatsoever of my order. I was also never given any date or time of delivery or of any delivery having occurred.

I order online quite often and have never had to deal with such a situation.

I would greatly appreciate your help.
