I have not received any update or tracking number regarding my order for 9 days.
Even though I selected express shipping, my package has still not been delivered.

Horrible
Horrible! Please do not order from these scammers. Phone calls or E-mails are unresponded. They have 30 days of return deadline but a return isn't possible because they're unreachable while they want to be contacted for a return lable. I wish karma meets them at the end by profiting from the hopelessness of some parents.
