I would give the company negative stars if I could. In September 2021 I made an order that had not been delivered to date. I contacted the company several times regarding this matter. No product, no refund. I can't see the difference between charging for an undeliverd product and a steal.

It was easy to order online for Vichy products but when applying the discount code ,it did not work so I proceed for purchase and payment and sent an email to customer services to do the needful ,and a reply came to me that refund will be made of discounted amount for my card which never happened ,I am still waiting for that refund for the discount code which I could not use.Regards
