Great assortiment, minumum order value is baaaad
Great assortiment, however sometimes it's difficult to find what you want - filters could be made better, to include full set of product attributes.
Minimum order value is too high. Sometimes one builds an apartment, sometimes just need to change one or few broken bulbs. I don't like the fact that I had to buy at least 5 LED lamps when I needed just two, rest of them are not used and it's environmentally not friendly.

Got sent a defective light, TWICE, customer service next to non-existent
They sent a defective light. No answer to my E-mails, just getting automated replies that they have long answering times.
I was stupid enough to order a second time to solve the problem quickly. They again sent me a defective light.
Looks like a scam a not a proper business to me. Will never buy again. I recommend avoiding them in a large circle, no need to feed illegitimate business when there's plenty of hard working businesses trying to make it and investing effort to show their dedication.
Edit: No, I will not be investing any more energy and sending E-mails, waiting weeks for replies, and in the end for what? What can I expect? To send a 10 euro tube back and pay 6 euro postage on it? Or in the case of a second light, to send a 3 euro product back and pay 5 euro for postage?
I am also a high risk group for Covid, so exposing myself extra to send you defective products back is absurd. Especially when the product is worth less than the postage. Not to mention the CO2 and other negative effects that will be avoided.
I lost a few Euros, I will simply never ever deal with you again, and will share my experience with anyone who wants to know.
I am buying online because of Covid-19, normally I support local businesses, but here it's obvious why Amazon is so successful. They care about the customers, answer in real time, online, there's a chat, and I have never been disappointed with them, they solved every single thing immediately and with a reasonable outcome for everyone involved.
Absolutely no reason to do business with you when your competition does everything much better.

After reviewing your request, which was received on 28 January, it now appears that the complaint was successfully instructed for a replacement on 3 February. Please take note of the Terms and Conditions of a Complaint, which state in detail that defective goods will not be returned.

Fantastic prices and extremely fast delivery times.
I was hesitant at first because the product I bought was about 30% cheaper than other shops. I am happy I trusted this shop because I received my purchase really quickly and it was exactly as advertised. I will definitely shop here again. I have not experienced what they are like when it comes to returns or refunds though.
