Wide choice and no hard sell
Very wide choice of mattresses on display. Salesman told us to look around and ask questions if we needed help but stayed at his desk with no hard sell. We knew roughly what we wanted, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in narrowing down our choice. Ordered a king size mattress and the extra 10% discount also paid for a new single mattress for a spare bed.

I didn’t get a email for the bed and mattress I purchased and paid for until I phoned again . Was told twice goods would be here last week and I’m still waiting as of 16 th January.

Exceptional service
On Friday, I went bed shopping for a new bed I needed that weekend. The bed was promptly delivered on Saturday morning. Something 99% of other bed suppliers couldn’t do without waiting 6-8 weeks. I couldn't have asked for a more exceptional service! I will definitely be using their services again. 5 star!
