ordered sent wrong item bought from b&Q forwarded it on would not answer phone or collect parcel eventually had to contact credit card agency for refund never again

Absolutely delighted with both the service and the sink from Belfast Sinks UK. The team were friendly and efficient, delivery was quick, and the sink itself is a real showpiece — sturdy, beautifully finished, and clearly built to last. It’s a pleasure these days to deal with a company that still takes pride in both its products and its customers. Highly recommended.

I’m so pleased with my new Double Butler sink from Belfast Sink. Charlotte was super friendly and helpful, delivery was quick, and the sink is beautiful — solid, well-made, and exactly what I wanted. It’s completely lifted the look of my kitchen.

I placed an order with Belfast Sinks (Order #1678) and was given no delivery information at all. After waiting and hearing nothing, I called their customer service, only to be told they had no stock and wouldn’t for weeks. This was never mentioned on their website at the time of purchase—no lead times, no out-of-stock notices—nothing.

Most of their items, I’ve since learned, are actually out of stock, but they don’t tell you that upfront. I’ve requested a cancellation and refund multiple times—via email and over the phone—but have received no response. I am now having to fight for my money back.

This company’s practices are misleading at best, and at worst feel like a scam. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid ordering from them until they become more transparent and responsive

They sent my sink which wasn’t as per the pictures on there website, didn’t answer email or phone so eventually after constantly ringing they answered and eventually sent dpd to collect it then no refund so again after emailing and calling spending a lot of time they sent a refund. NOT the way to run a business .

I'm still waiting!! My customer is not happy, she has a brand new kitchen the only thing missing is the sink.
They have a dish washer but they still need a sink, so there using the bathroom sink, very irritating.
This is after 12 days many emails, many phone calls,with one email from a lady called Charlotte, sorry for the inconvenience, it's at the delivery depot, I'll investigate and get back to you straight away. There a joke !!!

I’m in love with my Belfast sink! It adds a beautiful touch to my kitchen, and the deep basin is perfect for washing dishes. It's also easy to clean and maintain. Highly recommend!

There is no show room. There is no after sales help and they do Not have stock in New Zealand as per their page. One month and I am still waiting for the sink, with no confirmed ETA and No customer support.

I was hesitant at first due to the price, but this sink is worth every penny. It’s spacious, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Very satisfied!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They run under copper sink company, Belfast sinks and farmhouse sinks. Ordered a sink, wrong one arrived, when the “right” one arrived, it looked the Chinese knock off of the sink advertised. Nightmare to deal with, dodged calls and emails. When I returned the sink (1hr 45mins away from my home) someone else was complaining about their sink. Not worth the risk

Fraudulent company, which you can see easily on these bad reviews, also on trip advisor and even reported to the Guardian.

Ordered a sink, which came completely the wrong size.

I asked to return and they ignored the question and just stated that the sinks can come a different size to what is stated.

I’ve since checked their website and they’ve now added a weird little pdf disclaimer saying that sinks can come in a different size.

They are now ignoring my email requests to return and I’ve logged a fraudulent claim through Amex.

We recently upgraded to a sink from Belfast Sink and it is amazing. It has a luxurious feel, and the deep basin is so practical for washing dishes. The classic design adds charm to our kitchen and is easy to clean and maintain.

They deserve no stars. I ordered a sink, the money was taken, but I didn't receive an email confirmation that the order went through. Good luck trying to get through to these people. After trying for hours, someone finally answered from what sounded like their car: very unprofessional. He said the sink was "out of stock" (it never said that online) and that he would look into why the funds were showing as removed and call me back in an hour. He never called. The money was eventually returned. Save yourself hassle and take your business elsewhere - this is a clown company.

Our sink arrived smashed in pieces and I tried to chase the DPD delivery man who literally could not get away fast enough as the noise the box made when I lifted it. I heard immediately the sound of broken pieces. I have tried since Friday last week to get hold of someone at Belfast sink but no joy as of now. !!!! £500 pounds later and I feel scammed by Belfast sinks !!!

Our Belfast sink is both beautiful and durable. The large basin is great for washing everything from dishes to big pots. The ceramic is also very easy to clean, and the traditional style gives our kitchen a timeless, classic look.

I have to write a review as I have had nothing but positive experiences with all staff at Belfast Sinks. They are always pleasant, attentive and polite. We manufacture kitchens and have ordered many sinks in the last 6 months, always in stock, great quality and delivered promptly. It breaks my heart to see a great company get a negative review and happy to give a balanced view as these guys are a great find!.
