I got an excellent outdoor kitchen

I got an excellent outdoor kitchen, with small exceptions that can be adjusted (i.e. the sink should be made of silicone in my opinion).
The customer support was excellent and very operative.
The order was delivered within the established deadline.

Exquisite quality & service

The lamp I bought was a beautiful porcelain one and it came in the same aspect that charmed me when I saw it on site. Very good quality and wonderful colours. Also, very quick delibera, no delays.

Recommend

Easy online ordering process, quality products, useful and timely information offered by customer service dept, merchandise well packaged, on-time deliveries as well. Can't give an opinion about the returns/ warranty, as I haven't yet encountered any issue for either the exterior wood flooring, chaise longue, or swing cover. Planning my next order, thank you!

Order #13957009 was a very pleasant surprise. The products were offered at a very advantageous price, and the quality is truly excellent, far exceeding my expectations! I am not only impressed by the quality of the products but also by the customer service. I was particularly touched by the invaluable assistance of Iasmina, who resolved my issue with great kindness and respect.

Great experience, satisfied

I have ordered 3pieces of sofas, dining chair sets of 2, and bar chair sets of 2, for 3 identical apartments that I have designed and managed execution for a private client - they are very high quality, with excellent textures&quality and great overall appearance, plus easy mounting. The stocks are quite limited, so the delivery times are quite big, but overall excellent experience! Also, the customer support is also great and friendly!

Trustworthy company

I ordered a colourful wool rug, which looks even better than in the photos. It was very well wrapped and has arrived in less than a week. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I got no information about the estimated time of arrival when I placed the order.
