Great after school club that my daughter attends and is really enjoying - thank you!

Motivating coaches who really take the time to get to know each child and encourage and inspire them. It's not about being the best/fastest or even being any good (although of course that's nurtured and encouraged), but about building confidence and having fun.

My daughter Millie attended BIG at her school last term and loved it, she has just tried the Sunday class in addition to the after school club where I got to witness how fun, enthusiastic and encouraging the coaches are. Every thing Millie done they encouraged and told her how amazing it was and really increased her confidence and she left absolutely buzzing. The coaches are incredibly friendly and supportive, I couldn't want for more! Thankyou!

We used the trial sessions to help us make a decision on if the club was right for our 10 year old daughter. She thoroughly enjoys the sessions and looks forward to going even though it’s on a Sunday morning!! We have signed up as we believe our daughter will excel in athletics with the guidance of the brilliant coaches. We would highly recommend the club as the coaches are child focused, child friendly, professional, creative and genuinely care about each young person.

The coaches are doing a fantastic job. My boys enjoy the sessions. I see them growing in confidence on a weekly basis.

My 2 boys are very excited to attend the training/running sessions at Crystal Palace on Sunday mornings. The coaches are very encouraging, attentive and patient, they have a genuine love for children and want them to enjoy the sessions and succeed.

My son loves it! It is a great program combing athletics and games to keep the kids entertained and motivated. A fantastic way to get kids outside doing exercise. The coaches are brilliant, full of energy, which is infectious. Would highly recommend. Great job.

My children love it, one is 7 the other is ll, the interaction between the coaches and children is great, at times i have to wonder who are the children !!, the coaches are very enthusiastic, passionate and patient.

Coaches Fred and Gordon are fantastic. The training sessions are fun and energetic. My girls have benefitted immensely. They have improved so much in their athletics performance and in their confidence too. Fred and Gordon are enthusiastic, passionate and patient whilst also being such nice guys. Great role models! Would recommend!

My son loves the athletics training with coaches Frederick and Gordon. They and full of energy and enthusiasm and are kind and patient in the sessions which combine technical athletics training with fun activities. They make athletics fun and cool and are great role models for young children. They are inspiring my son and helping with both his athletics skills and his general confidence and self esteem.

Absolutely great! Fred and Gordon are great coaches - they're happy, patient and passionate about their sport which creates a great connection when coaching the kids and they also know how to interact with children. Super happy as a parent and my son also loved it!

Fred is excellent Coach.He helped my son to achieve his results in fitness and in tennis.He is completely dedicated to his job.
