Come leggo anche nelle recensioni precedenti, ho ordinato la merce quasi un mese fa. Il pacco non è mai arrivato, il tracking è fermo a "informazioni ricevute" e l'assistenza clienti risponde alle mail scusandosi per il ritardo e spiegando che hanno rilevato un rallentamento delle spedizioni legato ai corrieri. La storia ormai puzza di truffa per cui ho richiesto il rimborso che, probabilmente, non arriverà mai come il pacco.

Rimborso dopo mille sollecitazioni
Ho ottenuto un rimborso, così mi hanno comunicato via mail, dopo tuttavia diverse mail di sollecito riguardo un ordine mai ricevuto. Prima segnalavano problemi con i corrieri, poi la merce era esaurita. Vedendo le recensioni precedenti sembra che non esista alcuno store di abiti… a pensare male non si sbaglia « quasi » mai…

Credo anzi sono certo di essere incappato in una di quelle tante TRUFFE on line. Ho fatto un acquisto il 20 Settembre 25 a tutt oggi non ho ricevuto nulla li contatti non rispondono li chiami telefono occupato mi hanno rubato 60 euro ma se li devono spendere a MEDICINE amici state alla larga da Bella eleganza anzi bella truffa.
