Ermina is a star. We had an issue with the colour of the Stokke Clikk high chair - due to the rather confused online site, we were sent the wrong colour of chair. Ermina really stepped up and took responsibility.

We sent back the wrong colour chair and it was replaced by the right one.

I would highly recommend bella baby Twickenham, Ermina was courteous, so friendly and went above and beyond.

Awful. Ordered an item online which was in stock and then get a phone call to say they don't actually have any.
Don't bother using

Customer Service is non existant
Was sent a product that was poor quality and arrived broken. Nobody has answered the phone for over two weeks and there has been no response to multiple emails.
Avoid like the plague

Simply awful - AVOID!
Website said payment had not gone through twice, I was then informed that two pushchairs (£600+) were due to be delivered. No order confirmation. Still trying to get a refund. Lady I spoke to yesterday said they only have two employees and haven’t got time to process the refund. Just awful customer service. I will be reporting them to trading standards and to watchdog…

I have ordered a high chair with tray and baby seat etc. on Wednesday midnight. Despite it was on Black Friday sale and with all these delivery issues with other companies I had. I am super impressed how fast they sent the items. Items arrived in 24 hours with free standard delivery.
I’ll definitely buy from Bella baby again.

Categorically, the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Being courteous costs nothing but this lot are just not interested. After driving an hour to get to the shop to swap an incorrect item as agreed and arranged with them, they wouldn’t even open the door having decided that it was “appointment only” despite not telling us. The staff were in the shop watching us trying to get in and simply left us standing there. When someone finally did open the door no more than two inches, I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting. Almost four weeks later they still haven’t responded to my letter sent to customer service. They just don’t care.

Lovely quality items. Bought a range of goods from night light to baby bibs as I have two young children and one due. Delivery came across three deliveries but was super fast. Great communication from Bella also. Highly recommend and will be using again soon xx

Absolutely do not buy from this company.

Travel system was delivered without notification that it was coming that day and then opened to find the pram frame was missing and they couldn’t tell me where the frame was.

Constantly had to email asking where it was, was eventually delivered a month later.

Just asked where my £20 credit was and they said it would come off my next purchase ?! Why would I want to buy anything from them again?

The stress was too much on a pregnant woman and my order was for over 1.2k.

They don’t care once they have your money.

I have ordered my pram system through this company and am very pleased with the service I have received. I was unsure about ordering as I’d never heard of this website but Gemma was so helpful on the phone, she talked through the different pieces in the package and how they work and all the prices. I’m so glad I phoned the shop rather than just order online from John Lewis

We were unable to visit the store, but Gemma was incredibly helpful over email. I was amazed how quickly our products arrived! A fantastic service, I highly recommend you take a look!

The service and care that I have received from Bella Baby has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble during this challenging time ( lockdown) and Maria is an absolute credit to the team taking care of all things! This has been a stress free Experience during a time which could have been very difficult particular as this is our first baby. 100% to recommend Bella baby to all my friends and family!

I contacted them with a query and they didn’t have the answer but contacted the manufacturer and got back to me the following day with a response. Other companies just said they didn’t have this information.

Even though the product was cheaper elsewhere I ordered from Bella Baby purely on the Customer Services (rather have good Customer Services).

We placed the order at 4pm and was received the following morning. I was amazed!!!

I am still waiting for a query to be answered but I have every confidence this will be responded to when they receive a response from the manufacturer.

Bella baby will be my first point of call for all future purchases from now on.

I recently purchased a Bugaboo Turtle by Nuna Car Seat from Bella Baby UK. Item was competitively priced and delivered the following week by DPD. I highly recommend this retailer - baby shopping at its best!

I needed two car seats for my twins. Bella Baby had the best price of these, by far. I wondered if there was something shifty about them because the price was a good 20% cheaper than elsewhere and seemed too good to be true. But they seemed legit, so I pulled the trigger.

2 days later the car seats were delivered by DPD. Zero issues and I'm very pleased.

Great prices, easy to navigate website, delivered on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bella baby to my friends and parents to be!
