Bella Barista sent me the wrong part. Which I only found out the hard way after having to dismantle my coffee machine to discover it wasn’t the correct size. Now over a month later I’m still waiting for an indication of when the correct part will arrive which means I’ve been without a working coffee machine for 7 weeks now despite it being under Bella Barista’s warranty.
