My order took a little longer than expected to arrive but that is understandable as they are handmade! My sign came and I love it. I love that it was customized by me and suits my new house so well! Thank you!

Purchased my house sign when Erin first opened Bella Blue Décor, I have had my house sign on my home for 2 years now and it’s just as perfect and beautiful as day one. I was sceptical as to how long Erin’s signs would last outside, but through wind, rain, heat and snow the sign is still perfect! Very durable!

Ordered our door sign in December and just received it recently. It was well worth the wait. The sign is lovely and the detail is great. Yes it took a long time to come and, I did have to chase a bit but communication was good and every question was answered quickly. The delay was mostly due to Royal Mail with their extremely slow delivery times. Also being a business owner myself, I know the amount of work that needs to be put in, especially when there is only one of you. It's not easy.

The saying of you pay for what you get is so true you pay for the excellent quality sign and super customer service. The signs are hand painted so be patient it’s worth it!!

I ordered my sign during the Christmas break and received it this week. Erin was really good at keeping me up to date with when it would be dispatched. Great customer service. I ordered a slate grey colour with silver numbers and writing which will look fabulous against the the anthracite grey wall. The sign is well made and looks stunning. The attention to detail is good and the packaging is pretty which made it special to open. Would highly recommend. ❤️

Customer service from Erin is out of this world. One of the signs got lost in the post and Erin did all she could to keep me a happy Customer. My sign came today and even the packaging was beautiful. I'm in love with my sign. I've never seen anyone do signs as nice as bellabluedecor so it was a no brainer for me. My sign really is beautiful im beyond happy. Ordered a door sign in November for my new home that I’m due to move into in April. Due to ordering so close to Christmas, I knew there would be a bit of a wait but Erin was really good at keeping customers up to date with this and letting everyone know orders placed after certain date would begin production in January. I received my order yesterday and it was absolutely worth the wait. We ordered a matt white sign with gold writing and gold fixtures, and we got it in font 8. The sign is absolutely gorgeous and feels really well made. The brickwork to our new home is cream and white so the sign will match the exterior of the house so well, and the design of it will just look gorgeous. Really pleased with the sign and Erin’s customer service. Can’t wait to see it up outside our house soon, thank you! Xx

Recieved our sign yesterday and it was honestly definitely worth the wait, me and my partner are so happy with it. It’s beautifully crafted with gold lettering and a teal background which really stands out and will take pride of place outside our front door. Absolutely amazing customer service and products from Erin.

The idea is brilliant and the product has the potential to be truly beautiful. However, quality control definitely needs improving in regards to the paintwork. My sign has messy marks in the paintwork and is much darker than the example I requested it like.
