I've ordered twice from them the past couple of years and was satisfied, however I ordered a wig in Aug 2021 and have yet to receive my order. Emailed them several times and the last email in Nov I was told wig was in finishing stages and would receive tracking number. Its Jan 2022 and no tracking info. I emailed them twice after the Nov email and no response. I had to request a fraud complaint through my bank to get my money back via my financial institution.

I ordered a wig since August. I'm still waiting on my wig. I've emailed them several times and I've stopped hearing from them. I'm going to call my bank today for my refund.

I ordered my wig in August. I emailed them in September about my wig. They told me I'm in the final stages and I received tracking information soon. I emailed them a couple of days ago. I received a email today saying the same thing. If I don't receive the wig in November, I will contact my financial institution. I will leave review bbb too.

I placed a order on 01/17/2021 and still as of 08/21/21 have not recieved my order. I have sat and watch multiple campaigns happen and still no order. I have received multiple responses promising me my order and have yet to recieve anything. It is a lottery some people get a order and some people do not. I will be logging a complaint with the BBB. Pay for your order with paypal so that you are covered with not getting you items and you can have your money returned.

This company is not a reputable company. They are thieves. My best friend referred me to this company and she ordered back in April. I also ordered two units in May and we are in September with no wigs and no money. 5 good months wasted. No updates was sent about my order and I contacted their customer service all the time. first an automated email comes in giving you excuses with terrible lies blaming it on full lace and covid and weeks later a rude person will respond telling you your wig is at the completion stage. They kept saying that to me 3 months in a row. I found out they have had several negative reviews on Better bureau business BBB scamming people of their hard earned money so I called my bank immediately to report about this company to get my money back from them. My best friend also called her bank for a refund. Do not buy from them

I ordered a custom order braided wigs from this company and I am very happy with my purchase they tell you ahead of time how long your wig will take to arrive. Also, I love that they keep in contact through out the whole process especially during this covid-19 era and expecting some delays with my order. The quality of the wig is exceptional I see why it took a while to get to me. I also ordered from their ready to ship which took about 5 days to receive while I waited for my custom order. I am so happy with my purchase it's very beautiful and I have also referred my friends and family to bella braided wigs.

I purchased items for $467.00 on march 26.
items was not received by may 12 so i requested a full refund. have contacted them multiple times and they mostly ignore the requests or respond via email with "we are looking into it" This company are thieves with shady business practices.
