Product total c**p, no refund, no adequate customer service, avoid at all costs!!!

Never buy from here. I bought an antifungal pen and it came in the envelope without even the box and instructions of the product. no details or anything. it even looked used, the wheel inside of it was broken. and a part from that, it took two weeks just for this. just a waste of money and time.

Do not use this company for anything. I am waiting for a refund of under £20. Giving excuses with covid. If my refund has not been agreed by Friday I will take them to Trading Standards.

second installment of my review 23/10/21. After getting my bank to investigate, a parcel finally arrived on 2/11/21, conveniently outside their 30 day limit on refunds. The item was leggings size 4XL ( ordered the largest in case they were on the small side) but the leggings received are a UK women's size 6.......Still waiting for Paypal to explain why they are handling payments for this dissolved company.

Do not use they are total scammers i paid for anti stress dog bed. Was not delivered. Contacted customer service via email reply received only auto #number tried calling got poorley recorded message. They are scammers. Why does Google allow this company to trade?

DO NOT USE THESE MUPPETS...NO STAR REVIEW did receive half the order, but wasn't worth getting quality awful, no response to emails which isn't surprising after reading the reviews, which I should have done before I ordered..cannot see me getting a refund for the undelivered goods

After 6 emails I am told to send my item back and they will decide if I qualify for a refund !! I think I know the answer !!
This company want you to get fed up of sending emails then they hope you give up !,

I am so sorry to give 1 star to this company. Absolutely rubbish, horrible quality, absolutely unusable product. The costumer service is seem rubbish like their product, they don't solve the problem, I lost my money, Big big Big 000000 for them. Never even again 😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Scammers!!!! Avoid! Purchased Bifbox which was reduced from £36 to £16. Turned up in a loose bag. Product was a headband with a tennis ball on a bit of string. Took 1 month to arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Bella Gadgets!
It's taken them 10 days to ship my order and I have now received an email saying allow 12 -25 days for delivery!!! I've never heard anything like it!!

I bought a pair of sandals of which they sent me the wrong size. Sent them back at my expense and looked for a refund. PayPal had to step in after 5 weeks of getting nowhere with this company my advice DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY

Absolute awful. Been 12 days and got a tracking number that doesn't exist. Asked to cancel order, never reply and not UK,even though phone number is. Had email saying posted and to wait 25 days. Discussing.

I wish I could give 0 stars as this must be one of if not the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lead time for deliver was advised as 12-25 days but only AFTER I HAD PURCHASED! Even so, I thought my purchase seemed like a good price. Low and behold 33 days later with no response to numerous email, I still have no purchase and royal mail have not even received the parcel. Almost non existent customer service and a complete rip off. DO NOT USE as they will steal any money you pay then without sending any items in return.

This is my second review. It has now been 2 months since my order was placed.
No communication other than automated response.
Would advise others to stay well clear of this company. You will lose your money
